hi,
My friend and I are taking the dewormer at the same time. we are about four days into it now. she says that she had a day where she could not stop eating starch, mostly bread, bagel, cereal, etc., every two hours. she was ravenously hungry. she is a diabetic and says that this kind of thing does not happen to her. can you please explain this and offer any suggestions to counter it? i might add, I also am craving bread at times but i would have called myself a bread addict before this, and i am trying to cut down and then eliminate, so i would also like to know why this happens and what to do about the terrible cravings.
thanks, cyclo
Others will have more exact answers, but, food cravings tend to come as a result of the critters inside you screaming for this or that. Now that you are ridding them, things inside you are probably a bit stirred up and the inmates are screaming for starch......which often leads them to what they really want - sugar!
The diabetic is a self created disease caused by diet and is corrected by doing the orange juice fasting, I would do a little more, but according to the books, the fasting is enough for the worse case.
The dewormer is basically a food and has nothing to do with the wanting of more food. Food being a habit can only be broken durring a 21 day fruit juice fast. All cravings can be the need to counter the last meal eaten, to satisfy the intestinal ulcers or the mind/fear thing associated with weight control.
