One of the most frequent observations that have occured along the way is the proficiency other people have for seemingly being unaware that they are sitting in front of their activated sparkle box, with head-tilted in a way not unlike how a dog does when it observes something seemingly foreign, then they mouth their brand of wisdom to the following effect: they gaze with tongue in cheek and eyes somewhat rolling as they express their concern for me and puzzlement in their effort to try appreciating what I'm trying to relate to them from the experience of media fasting; this routine often culminates in their voicing a sentiment to the effect of "I just don't percieve the hideously negative impact you refer to from my willingly exposing myself to tv, but in the mean time I'm concerned you're spending far too much time on the conspiracy waggon"......
