I was inspired a short while ago by a letter (think it
was by Mike) about raw pumpkin seeds and garlic and
decided to get serious about it. Well, days went by
without so much as a wiggle---but
today---eccchhh---there was a white one about 1 1/2
cm..
I feel instinctively that this has been an ongoing
problem for decades. I have taken commercial products
like "vermox" to no avail. I was tested at times for
amoebic dysentery. This may also be a factor. But it's
not living when you walk around with a gas tank around
your waist. I can say that this was also the case,
more or less, since childhood. Always had a spare
tire. Today, it is much better. I always hated the
headaches that go with the burping...
Thanks to all. Gosh, cleansing is so basic yet so
elusive. I'm sitting here munching on raw pumpkin
seeds that I put through a Cuisineart to make them
more digestible.
Wow, I can't wait until I'm really clean....
