Dr. Hulda Clark states that you should not take "dozens" of CoQ10 capsules, as that the capsules themselves could be parasite infested. Instead she recommends that you take the powder from the capsules in 1/4tsp of honey. For me to take the CoQ10 I would need to take 4000mg which is 10 of her capsules. Now when you do her general parasite cleanse you are taking up to 9 capsules of cloves per day, & I believe you're close to that amount at the end with the wormwood capsules. So what is the difference in taking 10 of the CoQ10 capsules? Anyone have an answer for that one? Also, has anyone had the CoQ10 powder with the honey? If so, sounds rather unpleasant, how is it?
When she says not to take dozens, she probably means just that. She probably doesn't mention 9 cloves a day and so on because it's nowhere near dozens a day.
As far as the Q-10, I've taken the 10 capsules with honey and it wasn't bad at all IMO. I would empty like 3 into a teaspoon and put a little honey on top, then swallow and repeat that until they were all gone.
i just received dr. clark's parasite tincture. i thought that was all she reccomended besides her zapper which she says is not absolutely essential. am i missing an essential part of her protocal. where does she talk about CoQ10 ?
The walnut hull tincture is not enough. The entire general parasite cleanse consists of the tincture which is available in freeze dried form now, cloves & wormwood. That is the 18 day parasite cleanse. But to do the "mop-up" Ascaris & Tapeworm cleanse, which I would certainly recommend & so does Dr. Clark it consists of a few more ingredients, among them CoQ10. The zapper & the general parasite cleanse alone will not get rid of the big-ol nasty parasites. Go to this website: http://www.drhuldaclark.org/, click on Ascaris & tapeworm cleanse and read-up.
But thats my point, you do not need to take "dozens a day" of the CoQ10. All that is necessary according to her, using her capsules is a max. of 10 if you are 155lbs or over. So I dont really understand why she states this. But, I'll do the honey thing, since you say it ain't so bad......sure. Why is it that everything that tastes good is bad for you, and everything that tastes bad is good for you? I think God must have one heck of a sence of humor. Thanks for the reply.
The reason she mentions not to take dozens a day, is because most people will probably not get the Q-10 from her or her brand, and most of the Q-10 you buy in the healthfood stores comes in 30mg-100mg capsules, nowhere near the 400mg that hers are. So in that case you would have to take dozens to get 3-4000mg's.
