Over a decade ago, I breathed some cadida spore during a camping trip and got infected in the lungs. I have not been able to clear it out. I have tried Threelac last year. I can keep it under control but have not been able to completely get it out of my system.
Anyone has any experience with clear out candida infection from the lungs?
Oh boy. Yes, I have had and am having experience with this. I think you may need to treat this as an overall, rather than a spot-cure. What I mean is, 3-lac may not be enough for you, and it may not be helpful to concentrate on the lungs per se, but rather treat yourself as if you have candida throughout yur body. I don't think there is anything that can target the lungs specifically. Rather the best thing is to do the diet and cleanses. I had it in the lungs, and when I used antifungals, they sure helped but it was rough. When I was at the height of lung detox, I would wake up 2 or 3 times a night gasping for breath, and would have to go into the bathroom (so as not to wake my husband) with my albuterol inhaler (fast-acting asthma rescue inhaler), and sit there for like a half hour, takiing puff after puff, all the while with this white foamy metalic tasting stuff spewing from my lungs as I coughed it out. This went on for about a month and a half. Not fun. Just wanted to warn you in case you find something like this happening to you as you detox. I am not 100% sure I would recommend antifungals now, though, because I wound up pretty toxic from doing them, and now here I am trying to undo all that. It did get lots better though, and now I only get breathing issues if I eat something that doesn't agree with me, and am working on that now as well through liver and colon work. If you can get your hands on an albuterol inhaler, it will at least help symptoms while you are healing.
Cleanse the body and the lungs will naturally follow suit. Bowel, kidney and liver. There are no quick fixes for candida-related issues, unfortunately, and 3-lac helps some but not others.
You could rub castor oil on your chest over the lung area at bedtime. Leave on and if you're still a bit greasy in the morning use bicarb of soda in warm water to rinse off.
Castor oil is a decongestant so may help to push candida out, rather than actually kill it off. If you do this, you may notice feelings of sadness or grief come up the next day or the following day as this the main emotion associated with the lungs.
You could also rub urine into you chest too. Urine is an excellent antiseptic and will draw out toxins/acids.

No I don't think I've candida on my lungs though I've occasional breathing problems. Castor oil just helps get rids of/moves waste when it is absorbed through the skin so may help.
Castor oil packing is a traditional naturopathic technique which helps to decongest and break up waste/mucous blockages. People usually apply it to a cloth then place the cloth over a part of the body...usually the liver and abdomen....put a plastic bag over that and then a hot water bottle on top of that. Leave for an hour (lying down) or more then wash off. Best to do an enema afterwards to get the rid of the waste that has been dislodged.
I've had this... it was one of my earliest symptoms when I was in the "what the heck do I have stage?" It depends on the day, but generally a little better. I, too, feel you need to treat the entire candida. That's what has helped me improve a little bit.
Anti-fungals did help, but my liver hurt like hell after taking them. Be careful with anti-fungals. They help, but they hurt too.
ya always need to treat candida like it was systemic from what i have read, because so many things feed it. just live a life of no sugar and little carbs. no sweat off my back. but there is a lot of things that feed candida though.
What is the best way to elliminate system wide candida?
I read about all this probiotic diet thing, which I did ten years ago when I first got it. But it still flares up now and then. It know it's still in my lungs and anyone has successfully got rid of it entirely?
I had this symptom resembling onset of asthma at the beginning of my realizing I had candida. It is the thing that put me over the edge to fight whatever was happening to my body. Even after the asthma symptoms subsided (several times had to use my husband's inhaler), I still had the yeast ride up in my throat any time I had sugar. Changing my diet went a long way to knock out the initial symptoms, but continued cleansing has helped the histamine-type reaction. I take a lot of echnineacea every day - it helps defend a weak upper respiratory system. Garlic also is a wonder for the lungs too.
I have used collodial silver as my "rescue" treatment when I have flare-ups - has helped a lot. I have read on the collodial silver forum that people have nebulized collodial silver for overall lung detoxing/infections. If I still had my "asthma" issues, I would try this. At this point, I don't think I need it.
It's a thought. Check out the Collodial silver forum for more info.
I have lung issues..severe coughing and wheezing..some mucus..I was on the diet and saw no changes..took my supplements and nada..so I was off for two weeks and feel bad still..today I try the diet again..I think I was not on it long enough..
To get rid of my lung issues I was on the diet for a few months. I also did the Body Ecology diet which is much more strict than the average candida diet.
