I am 99.99% positive that I have candida. I had it before so I am somewhat familiar even though symptoms are different. Also, I am only eating broccoli cauliflower, chicken , eggs and gree tea no gluten there and I still have symptoms. I don't know what to make of all the wheat gluten allergy claims . The fact is that candida can cause you to have reactions to certain foods so how would one know if they have, gluten intolerance or yeast cause a gluten intolerance? Also, that fuzzy white stuff on the tongue is yeast., Feeling like a yeast infection is coming is yeast. And I get those symptoms , or I would get those symptoms when i ate something that caused the yeast to flare up. For instance , if I ate too many carrots or if I ate brown rice. I have not eaten anything with gluten in it in probably 6 months, don't you think my symptoms would be gone by now if I had a gluten problem. I am also confused about this so called testing for candida. How is it possible. In many of the books I read it says it is basically impossible. Since we all have yeast in our system the test would have to test for the level of candida or amount. Puzzling to me.
Currently I am living with pretty substantial die off. As I said, I had this before and I know what I have to do. I have a ridiculously harsh diet , plenty of garlic, GSE , rest exercise and lots of water, probiotics. Nothing else. Each week my symptoms are lessening and changing, so what I am doing is effecting it.
