Someone has suggested that Sea Salt Baths are good for detox. I have also read that Epsom Salts baths are recommended too. Anyone know what the difference is and which one is the best to do? Many Thanks
Amanda
Both of them are fantastic. Epsom opens up the skin pores which helps the toxins out. Salt works by dragging the toxins out, the way they proceed are different but the result is the same. Just fantastic - make it a hot bath so you sweat pelnty and drag even more out.
You should try skin brushing too.

Run a hot bath (only halfway), get in and get more hot water in there until it feels really hot, this will force your body to sweat a great deal. When you get out, wrap yourself in a towel or a thick wardrobe and lie down a bit (it is demanding for your body and tiring at first, but you ' ll feel the difference on the long run).
Die off is healing TOO quickly, it indicates you should slow down - or else increase antioxydants intake, so the toxins won't cause damages on the way out.
