Yes, I cured my candida through liver flushing. Five flushes was all it took. I am still producing stones, so I'm not going to quit flushing by any means, but I'm very pleased with the results so far!
I did not follow any particular candida diet, although I did eat healthily, generally avoiding sugar (I ate small amounts of fruit). I did not take any supplements, antifungal or otherwise. I followed Andreas Moritz 's lifestyle recommendations.
I just wanted to give hope to the people out there struggling with candida: it CAN be beaten! Ask questions if you wish. Good luck to you all.
Yes, all kinds of things can hide in liver stones like fungus, bacteria, and even parasites and their eggs yelch! Even a Zapper won't reach them, and a regular parasite cleanse won't get them out! A Liver Flush is the only way to expell what hides there.
That is great that liverflushing got rid of your Candida problem. But not everyone is the same, I and at least another poster on the Liver Flush forum developed Candida after flushing. And I also don't eat sugar and live a healthy lifestyle and exercise. My point: what works for one person may not necessarily work for another - you have to be careful. Be careful about flushing until you are clear since it may not be stones at all that you are flushing to begin witn and liver flushes can be hard on the body especially when people don't allow sufficient time between flushes. You may be going "overkill" by flushing until you are clear, especially since your body will "always" keep producing new liver/gall stones no matter how many flushes you do.
Oh, I'm not suggesting that everyone would be cured by flushing as quickly or successfully as I was. I'm just relating my own experience to show people that there may be an alternative way to cure candida, one that doesn't involve antifungals, probiotics or strict diets. If just one person is helped by me telling my story, then I'm happy.
I'm careful to allow plenty of time between flushes - a month, at least, between each one. If new stones are constantly produced, as you say, then why do people who do enough flushes eventually stop passing stones?
But that is not to suggest that there are no health benefits to flushing; only that flushing like crazy to rid the body of all alleged stones vs flusing for health benefits is flushing for the wrong reasons.
It is possible that you had mild candida problem to begin with that you were unaware of. Flushing releases a lot of toxins and that might have encouraged the spread of candida in you, if the toxins didn't get out of the body fast enough. Candida thrives in toxic environment and it can grow really fast when conditions are favourable.
I have known for years that I have candida but have seen very scant evidence of it. In fact the only times have been during liver flushes. I have flushed out pieces of candida rhizomes, both living and dead ones, also some of that white floaty cottonball kind of stuff. The massive amount of bile released in a flush seems to kill it.
I also try to alkalinize my body as recommended in another forum here on Curezone. I eat about 95% vegetarian diet with lots of fruit and berries but very few grains. I can't say my candida has been cured, but it is definitely better - less bloating, less brainfog etc.
Hulda Clark 's guidelines are essentially the same as Andreas Moritz 's, which I used. However, Andreas makes two important adjustments: firstly, he advises softening the stones in advance (using apple juice, malic acid powder or apple cider vinegar) to make the flush easier, and secondly, he insists that you cleanse your colon (with colonics or colemas) after every flush. In my opinion, these are both crucial steps. Good luck with your flushing!
Yes, I cleansed my colon. I did an Oxypowder cleanse and had two colonics before I did my first liver flush. And I always have a colonic within 3 days of liver flushing to ensure that all stones are removed. That's really important!
