It's deep, but scratching does help if I scratch REAL hard. There is a little numbness sometimes, but not always.
Both feet itch at the same time, and sweating doesn't seem to make a difference. Going bare foot helps a little, probably because I can scratch without a big effort when it first starts. Once it gets started, if can't scratch it right away, it's hell to get stopped!!
The only thing that I've changed in the past 2 months is I stopped drinking tap water completely. I used to drink it once in a while, but now I only drink reverse osmosis purified water and occasionally spring water.
This is why I'm so confused about it.. I don't think NOT drinking tap water would cause this (I'm not gonna start drinking it again to find out!) & I haven't changed anything else.
