I have fibroids along with other health problems which are being addressed slowly. I have done numerous liverflushing and still has a ways to go before all the stones are out.
About my fibroids, every 6 months I get an ultrasound done to check on the size. I can feel the fiboids when I touch my lower stomach and it feels like I have a "golf ball" in there. I haven't gotten a ultrasound done lately (over 6 months) since I have neen preoccupied with flushing and changing my eating habits.
I have read that flushing can help fibroids because it balances female hormones which in excess tend to make fibroids grow. Will flushing make it shrink or just stop it from growing? Is there anything I can do besides flushing to naturally shrink fibroids?
Yes, liver cleansing is essential when you have fibroids. The liver is responsible for taking estrogen and progesterone out of the bloodstream after it's been manufactured. If the liver is clogged, it cannot do this properly, and so the hormones get attached to fats and end up creating fibroids and endo tissues.
Be sure to do a comprehensive liver cleansing program, not just flushes. See the Liver Notes in the FAQ for more options and do as many as you can.
Avoid the more potent estrogen foods like Soy. Soy is the #1 cause of fibroids in otherwise healthy women.

Homeopathy is what made my fibroids literally "vanish". I got pregnant about 6 months after my treatment and so I mentioned to my OB/GYN that I had a previous history of fibroids and so he ordered an ultrasound. On my next appt, the Dr. left the room for something or other and had left my file open on the counter. I took a peek at my ultrasound and saw what the tech had scribbled in the margin: "What about those "mystery" fibroids?". I was furious -at first- until I realized that the reason he/she had scribbled that note was because there WERE NO FIBROIDS. I know for a fact that I DID have fibroids prior to homeopathic treatment, because a different doctor had an ultrasound done and the pain was unmistakeable.
I suggest that you go to your doctor so that you he can examine you and determine what should be done first to stop fibroids. I know you will surpass this trial.
