cleans the intestines from parasites, another recommendation was to get a colon irrigation. I don't know what the difference it. I
called my Dr to get a colon irrigation, im hopping he will aprove it. Do I need to do both? How can I clean my intestines from parasites
I could not find recipes for it. Or can I simply do the gallstone cleansing with out either?

Because you are very young, you can do liver cleanse immediately.
If you suffer constipation, you should do bowel cleanse.
