Liver and Stomach pain by  jeni  9 year  610  Ask Shelley Shelley My tongue is slightly white coated at the back and also in that area I have two deep red short lines, only at the back not the front. Towards the front in the middle I have a kind of feathery bit and there are teeth marks along the sides of my tongue. There is no real pain after eating, the pain is always there but I only really feel it when I press/touch that area. Sometimes after i have eaten It feels like I have a stone in my stomach and I can burp up undigested food but this has really improved since flushing. Some foods make me vomit like millet or buckwheat. Six hours after eating them I vomit. Sometimes after i have eaten I can find myself catching my breath like it is a stressor to my stomach. My intestines can also feel tender to touch but my BM's are really good 2 per day, but this has been greatly helped by psyllium. Jeni Add To Favorites! Take a break and see if that helps, that will answer that! :) In the meantime, drink/eat plenty of pungent herbs/foods (see post about gas and bloating for list) to take care of the white coating, and see about taking something soothing to the bowel such as marshmallow and/or aloe vera juice or flax seed tea. That should get rid of the deep lines. Add To Favorites!
