My mother would like to try a Liver Flush (she has pain in her arm/shoulder).
I suggested Dr. Clarks. However she is concerned about all the olive oil as her doctor told her she has high cholestrol and must avoid fats/oils... hmmm does anyone have advice or have experience with this?
She should take 3 - 5 tbsp of extra Virgine Olive Oil every day! (with lemon juice and with salad!)
Olive oil is a healing oil ... even in case of high cholesterol level.
The only way for the cholesterol to leave human body is through liver in the form of bile ... through bile ducts ... intestines ... where it must binde to soluble fiber to exit.
To lower your cholesterol, you should make sure that your bile ducts are clean. The only way for excess cholesterol to leave your body is through your bile ducts. Many herbs have ability to increase bile flow and to help lower high cholesterol. Those herbs are called cholagogue. Some cholagogue herbs are: dandelion, wormwood, black walnut green hul, golden seal, sage, radish, green salad, daikon, wheat grass, barley grass, olives, olive oil, walnut, ... very long list of herbs. Almost all bitter tasting herbs, and herbs containing oil (nuts) are cholagogue...
The main function of the gallbladder is to concentrate and to store bile. The gallbladder, which has a capacity of 50 milliliters (average) (about 5 tablespoons), concentrates the bile 10 fold by removing water and stores it until a person eats. At this time, bile is discharged from the gallbladder via the cystic duct into the common bile duct and then into the duodenum (the first part of the small intestine), where it begins to dissolve the fat in ingested food.
The liver's cells (hepatocytes) excrete bile into canaliculi, which are intercellular spaces between the liver cells. These drain into the right and left hepatic ducts, after which bile travels via the common hepatic and cystic ducts to the gallbladder.
The liver excretes approximately 500 to 1000 milliliters (50 to 100 tablespoons) of bile each day. The gallbladder, which has a capacity of 50 milliliters (average) (about 5 tablespoons), concentrates the bile 10 fold by removing water and stores it until a person eats.
Bile, 50 - 100 milliliters is discharged from the gallbladder via the cystic duct into the common bile duct and then into the duodenum (the first part of the small intestine), where it begins to dissolve the fat in ingested food.
Most (95%) of the bile that has entered the intestines is resorbed in the last part of the small intestine (known as the terminal ileum), and returned to the liver for reuse.
The more fibers you eat, the less bile will be resorbed.
Bile is a carrier of heavy metals. It is good not to resorbe it.
The Best way to 100% clear your bile ducts is to flush your liver every two weeks until you get no stones.
Good quality olive oil will not affect negatively cholestrol level. Olive oil will actually decrese cholesterol.
Bad fats are margarine, hydrogenated fats, fried oil and white animal fat, pork fat, sheep fat. Those are the fats that she should avoid. Flaxseed oil, fish oil, olive oil, raw coconut, grass-fed beef ... are good fats.
Fish is the source of the best animal fats.
You are a God-send. This is great information. Thank you again.
I can't wait for my Mom to read this information and do the liver flush.
I am making juices for her everyday and trying to convince her to
go off of the pharmaceutical drugs the doctor perscribed her for both
high-blood pressure and high cholestreol.
I have a high cholesterol naturally. I have been a healthy eater and exercised regularly but inherited a cholesterol problem. I have had my gallbladder removed (two years ago) and have just turned 40. My doctor is really hounding me about taking some kind of cholesterol lowering medicine but so far has not convinced me. My relatives that have high chol. have taken it and gone off of it because of the side effects. Because I have no gallbladder, does that make my chol. problem worse and does it have any effect on a liver cleanse now?
Im not getting the whole story from my MD. Any input is greatly appreciated!
Maggie
Start flushing ... Liver Flush will naturally heal your liver, and healthy liver will naturally regulate cholestorol level and will keep it just where it is suppose to be.
People who have come to the point to remove gallbladder ... usually have hundreds of stones inside liver.
Start flushing! Do all preparations (parasites cleanse, bowel cleanse, kidney cleanse ... )
Thank you or the technical side of "the flush".
Have done several of them and was very pleased with results.
I believe that everyone should do several times a year or more.
My wife wasn't as happy as I when I woke her up to tell her about the results. (so guys remember that in spite of what you may think)
I am just starting with the M****tech program & my goals are to
eliminate my BP medication and reduce weight. Will continue with
my natural satin & antenol for now. Guess only way to do & keep
checking BP at least weekly?
"Had I known would live this long would have taken better care of myself." (except now its not so funny)
The last 5 years I have driven truck OTR: it can be one of the worst things you can do for your health.
Poor food, stress, long hours,no exercise and sometimes not enough sleep. Overweight drivers are the norm, so its time to act.
Just wanted to let you know that we out here lurking find your
information very usefull.
GOAL= NO drugs and -30# weight loss !

BTW: Thats me a few years ago with a live honeybee beard.
They itch like the devil but no stings...queenbee is in a
small cage held from my teeth. (trade secret)

Thank You
Hi everyone - thanks for all the words of encouragement can't tell you all how much it means.
Completed my 8th flush today and continue to get out many stones.
Also, other words of encouragement...for years I have had high cholesterol controlled by medication. But never could get my HDL high enough or my LDL low enough. Diet and exercise did not work for me. But with my blood work last week both my HDL and LDL are, for the first time, well within normal range. I attribute all this improvement to flushing.
I plan to keep on flushing and will try the herbs memtioned in your notes. For a year I have been using the milk thistle but will try it with the dandelion.
Thanks again for all your wonderful support.

To everyone interested in lowering cholesterol levels!
I finally got my results for cholesterol test and I promised that I would post the results here.
Cholesterol levels before flush:
Cholesterol test date: April 10, 2002
Total Cholesterol 213
HDL cholesterol 52
LDL cholesterol 142
Triglycerides 95
Cholesterol levels after flush:
Cholesterol test date: June 17, 2003
Total Cholesterol 162
HDL cholesterol 54
LDL cholesterol 93
Triglycerides 73
These are normal levels for good and bad cholesterol from what I've read. Different resources (websites) had slightly varied numbers. But I figured these numbers can be used as a general guideline.
All cholesterol levels (good and bad) have improved significantly back to normal levels as can be proved by test results. Good cholesterol HDL, improved from 52 to 54. Above 45 should be maintained according to resources. Bad cholesterol improved and decreased from 142 to 93, now well below 130. Total cholesterol decreased from 213 to 162, back to normal range now well below 200. Triglycerides were below 150, but were further reduced from 95 to 73!!
I had expelled at least a thousand or more pea size stones and a few grape size ones as well. The stones were definitely almost pure cholesterol as I squashed them and resembled what I would describe looked like green lard or grease. I didn't measure, but estimate at least 3/4 to 1 cup of this substance came out of my body. Therefore, it is not a really big surprise to me that my cholesterol levels have been lowered are now back to the normal levels!!!! I would also like to mention that I have also lost about 25 LB's and my weight is now back to normal as well!!!!
I would highly recommend doing the liver/gallbladder flush for everyone who wants to lower their cholesterol levels and maintain better health!!
Wow Joe! I am impressed with your cholestrol results after flushing. I always wondered how the liver affected cholestrol levels. I inhereted cholestrol levels from my mother. I thought my last results were good after not eating much due to my hiatal hernia and gallbladder pain.
My last test results was pretty good for me. TC 214, HDL 86, LDL 113, TRI 74, TC?HDL ratio 2.5 I have never been able to lower my LDL. If a Liver Flush can lower my LDL it will be awesome. I need to inform my cardiologist who can't get his HDL above 45 no matter all the fish oil he takes and good foods he eats.
"Would a Liver Flush be dangerous for my mother who is 82? Her cholestrol is in the 300 or 400 range. "
No, but in her case, she should follow complete cleansing program: from parasites cleanse and bowel cleanse to liver flush.
"Another thought. Would lactose intolerance be related to liver/gallbladder problems, too?"
Intolerance to any kind of food is always related to liver and to gallbladder.
It is liver that gets all blood from the intestines (portal vein), and it is the liver that is suppose to process all foods that have been absorbed into blood stream.
Higher cholesterol level is only an indication that she really
need Liver Flush badly.
It is not, in any way, increasing the risk of encountering any problem when doing liver flush.
The only serious risk, if any, for liver flush would be an extra large calcified gallstone, possibly with very sharp edges, and people who has such Gallstones are rare.
All the other people, and that could as well be over 99% can safely flush liver every few weeks or every few days or every few months, depend on needs. You stop flushing very often once your liver is stones-free.
I have been flushing since the first of September and have counted over 7,000 "stones" (The green mushy kind)with 13 flushes to date. I seem to be cleansing my liver fairly well since today I only got 280. The most I got at one time was approximately 1,500.
I was diagnosed with a Fatty Liver and my Cholesterol has been running at and over 300. About three years ago my Liver Enzymes started climbing and I was taken off the Zocor which immediately caused my Cholesterol to go back up.
My Enzymes are hovering around 80 to 100.
I had so hoped that the Flushes would help the problem.
I had a Liver Function test last week and my Enzymes are still sky high. Am I expecting too much too soon? Should I have waited until my flushes produced no more stones before having the test done.
It seems that getting rid of all the pluggage in my Liver would help reduce it's cry for help.
I have not had the Cholesterol test done and I am concerned it will not be any lower either.
What has been the experience of others with the same problem? Could my enzymes still be high for some other reason?
I want to continue the flushes until I find no more stones but I have an appointment at the Liver Center next week and I am afraid he will insist on a Biopsy. If there is any hope that the flushes will eventually bring down my Enzyme level, I will continue to postpone the Biopsy.
I have a question for Spirit
I just found out my cholesterol is 750 and i have a fatty liver, and high blood preser, ive done some liver flushes 3yrs ago. ive tryed every thing to loss weight and nothing works, i need some direction please,
thank you :)
