Here is a simple way to put an end to a lot of meaningless controversy that seems to waste so much of our time on this forum. A thread that comes up over and over is this: “Are these relatively soft, green objects that are usually expelled by flushing really from the liver or gallbladder? Perhaps they are just made of olive oil.”
We can each get this behind us permanently with a simple, safe experiment:
Next time you do a flush, add an extra ingredient: some harmless organic food coloring of a kind that is not affected by digestion. Suppose you use red food coloring. Then when the stone-like objects come out, if they are truly from the liver/gallbladder, cutting them open with a knife should reveal that the stones have green or brown interiors but are stained on the outside with red. If they are red inside, they were formed in the intestine during digestion.
The only question is what sort of coloring to use. I haven’t figured that out yet. Any suggestions? Bit of turmeric? Beet juice? Some red dye from the healthfood store? Again, it has to be something organic, harmless, and that isn’t affected by digestion.
Logically, there can be no denying that the results of such a test would be definitive. Of course, nothing will convince someone who has already decided the issue on an emotional basis, but I’m writing here to those who want to approach the issue in a reasonable way.
Let us know the results if you try this. I plan to do it myself next month after finding an appropriate coloring agent.
I think it would be the best to eat some boiled beetroot on the day of flushing. It is fat-free, tasty, healthy and has the colour that does not change in the course of digestion and which most likely would colour everything in your intestins too.
Well, just a comment about the composition of the gallstones. If they were made of the mixture of olive oil, lemon or grapefruit juice and body chemicals, then howcome some people only use pineapple juice and got their Gallstones out?
Some use pineapple juice mixed with raw potato juice for 7 days or to a month.
MONEY MONEY MONEY...yes, it's all about the money, scare people, give them drugs and you'll become rich. Want to become a legalized drug dealer? Become a doctor =P Of course I can't generalize, there are excellent real professionals out there, although it's a little hard to find them, some goverments from other countries don't dictate much on their doctors how to practice, some use a combination of both conventional medicine with alternative, it depdends on the case of the patient, if some are really greedy, they would choose surgery so they can make more money, others get the satisfaction of truly helping their patients, after all, they are loyal to the Hypocrates oath.
Here, don't waste your time, DON'T BELIEVE ANY DOCTOR THAT TRIED TO DISAPPROVE DR. CLARK FINDING. They tried thousands of time and even take DR. CLARK on trial til this day...she needs help!!!! go to http://www.drclarkstore.com for more info.
The REAL TRUTH. My friend, Savan, 43 years old, has gallstone remove by surgery 2 years ago. He got it every one or two year. Now he never had any because he did the Liver Flush with Dr. Clark method.
It happen that he still have the original stone that was remove surgically. He sent to the lab in Mexico with the gallstone he did with Dr. Clark method.
The result came back---Both stone are from the same substance! GALLSTONE!!!

What are the stones composed of? Is it Olive Oil?
Several sources, including the naturopathic doctors Michael Murray and Joseph Pizzorno, claimed:
"gallstones" typically passed during The Liver Flush are not really Gallstones but simply soft complexes of mineral, olive oil and lemon juice produced within the digestive tract. (Murray M, Pizzorno J. Textbook of Natural Medicine Vol.1 and 2. Edinburgh: Harcourt Publishers, 1999.)
The Lancet, Volume 365, Number 9468 16 April 2005, published the article:
Could these be Gallstones? by Christiaan W Sies, Jim Brooker
Excerpt: "We conclude, therefore, that these green "stones" resulted from the action of gastric lipases on the simple and mixed triacylglycerols that make up olive oil, yielding long chain carboxylic acids (mainly oleic acid). This process was followed by saponification into large insoluble micelles of potassium carboxylates (lemon juice contains a high concentration of potassium) or "soap stones"."
Sounds like Science has the answer. No more unanswered questions? People skeptical to anything that comes from Hulda Clark accept this evidence as the final evidence on uselessness of liver flush.
If stones are not stones, then flush is just a placebo, just a powerful placebo.
Powerful enough to totally cure allergies? Asthma? Powerful enough to change blood cholesterol level? Powerful enough to cure cancer? Powerful enough to expel calcified gallstones? According to researchers who investigate placebo response, placebo response can not affect blood quality and cholesterol levels. Placebo can not cure cancer. Placebo can not expel calcified gallstones. Placebo never has a long term effect, it is generally a short term benefit. If an effect is a long term, then it is not a placebo, by definition.
Agree, let's measure it with good end results...I've done 10X gallstone flush using Hulda Clark s procedure but instead of using Olive Oil we used Virgin COCONUT Oil. We still got the greens!!!!!
I am totally convinced that those “gallstones" that I passed during the liver flushes are not really the gallstones. Those greenish “gallstones” are combination of olive oil and grapefruit/lemon juice transformed in my digestive tract into a solidified pea-sized pellets. They are colored green by my bile that was expelled from my gallbladder to help my body to digest that enormous amount of olive oil that I drank during the flush. No matter what kind of oil one uses during the flush – olive, corm, palm, grape seed oil, almond oil, mineral oil, etc. – the color of the pellets will be greenish.
Curing ALLERGIES (that could bring on an asthma-like attack, by the way) can be attributed to FASTING - one is expected to eat light for several days before the flush, to eat nothing for almost 24 hours – from 2 p.m. till 12 p.m. next day, then to eat light for the rest of the day.
As for the blood CHOLESTEROL level and CANCER – the recent researches has provided a proof that consuming olive oil can actually help lower harmful LDL cholesterol and increase the level of the good one. Also, olive oil contains antioxidants that discourage artery clogging and chronic diseases, including CANCER.
Olive oil has a beneficial effect on gastritis and ulcers. Its excellent digestibility promotes the absorption of nutrients, especially vitamins and mineral salts. It has a positive effect on constipation. It activates the secretion of pancreatic hormones and bile much more naturally than prescribed drugs. Consequently, it lowers the incidence of gallstone formation. Now, if a person does a couple of flushes a month, guess how much of this beneficial olive oil gets into that person’s body?
A relative of mine had a gallbladder taken out in 1980. As a souvenir, she was given a jar filled with what was inside of the gall bladder. It was a weighty jar full of stones different in size and colors that looked like gravel mixed with river pebbles – reddish, brown, tan, black, multicolored etc. When shaking that jar you could tell they were real stones, not the pieces of solidified oil.
My experience has been - after 30 years of hcv, my "internal medicine" MD told me: your "liver is enlarged". And it was; it was pushed out like a small cantaloupe.
Thinking I had nothing to lose; (the doctor was not being helpful; just dismissive) I went home and decided to try the liver cleanse in Dr Clarks book; which I had had for a couple years, but still found it hard to believe.
I expelled several hundred stones that first time; hundreds again, and so on until there was only chaff- after the 5th or 6th time.
My guess then is: if you do the same formula each time, but see progressively less stones; then it indicates that there is a purging of "stones", or you are getting out some "congestion" of some kind; maybe mixed with some stones.
Obviously the Epsom Salt diolates the bile ducks; if you have liver congestion already, the pressure is unmistakable. And then when you drink the oil/gfj, there is a direct "rumbling" in the liverwithin 20 minutes.
The more clear my liver became, the less pressure, and less rumbling.
It could be that these surgeons are finding left over, or new stones, and are unwillling to compare before and after cases.
BTW, my liver went immediately back to "normal". I'll never stop doing them.
I also get a surge in stamina 3 days after a good cleanse.
Alquitit, Your response is excellent! If these pea size green stones were the formation of the oil and bile then why do so many get such varying results! Everyone would have the same results!! Also, people have more than just green stones. Look at the picture at the top of the liver cleanse page. Those certainly aren't green. People pass larger, darker, harder stones. It just depends on how long these stones have been forming, and what kinds of toxins and parasites you have infesting your liver.
Alquitit, you made the exact point I wanted to make. If these "fake" stones are from a rapid formation within the body of the oil and bile, THEN WHY do some people pass few stones while others pass hundreds. AND WHY, after enough flushes, and the liver is finally clean, are there NO MORE GREEN STONES!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????
If they were from a rapid formation, then the green stones would come out EVERY TIME, with the amount of stones being somewhat the same every time.
And how 'bout this: People get stones out without using ANY OIL AT ALL!! The Epsom Salts were enough to open the ducts and lets some stones free! (persons who couldn't continue with the oil reported these results)
This simple evidence proves that stones are removed from the liver during the flush.
The fact that you can also feel them being dislodged and the liver rumbling, as Alquitit put it, also evidence.
My experience:
The first time I performed a liver flush- Nothing came out! I was 24. I was healthy, skinny, athletic, and in great shape. I had eaten very healthy for more than a few years prior to the flush; and I had cleansed my colon significantly during that time. I was healthy, and skinny and I couldn't believe that there was matter stuck in me! (It was there from 20 years of eating meat and white bread, and the latter 10 years of growing up on fast food and soda).
With my digestive tract clean, why wasn't I able to get any stones out after my first flush???!! There should have been hundreds according to "formation theory".
Needless to say I was bummed. I wasn't sure if I did something wrong or if I was just so healthy now that I didn't have any stones...
Either way, the right ingredients were consumed in order to form these "fake stones", so why were there no stones...???
It was a year later when I decided to try it again, realizing that my liver can't be in perfect shape because of some minor health issues that added up to probably a small liver issue. So I tried it again, the results this time were joyous and made it all worth while. I purged about 50 stones -many the size of peas, most were half the size of peas, plus a lot of little ones. I did the night and morning purges. That night I got a few bigger ones out of me so I'm definitely glad I did the morning one- even though I thought I was going to vomit just thinking about drinking any more oil!!
Anyway, the morning gave much different results than the first one. I had a lot fewer stones. *And the few bigger ones definitely don't account for the lack of stones. If the "formation theory" was right, much more would have come out. And my intestines are extremely clean, so I know for certain that no stones got stuck anywhere. (Best way to clean yourself out is Urine Therapy!)
