I agree with Spirit. I've done it with a cold. I don't think it would be a good idea to do it when you have the flu though. You might end up throwing up the mess before it had a chance to do it's job.
I've done 3 flushes before & have been amazed at the results, then got a cold this week on Monday night/Tuesday morning; feeling run down. I felt I wanted to do another liver cleanse/flush as I didn't feel like eating much. I wasn't sure about doing a flush with a cold but after reading this page I went ahead and did my 4th liver cleanse/flush.
I took the oil lemon mix on Tuesday night and 2 nights later - Thursday night - the cold is completely gone and I feel amazing. I feel it was the best thing I could have done for my cold; that and eating very little other than a bit of fruit, raw veg and a few nuts.
I passed over 400 stones most only the size of sesame or poppy seeds but the largest one as big as a hazel nut. Significantly more than my 1st flush but not as many as my 2nd.
I did not prepare as well for this flush as before. The results of every flush have been different, but I have felt increasingly better after every flush. I'm looking forward to my next one.
I would not recomend doing your first liver cleanse/flush if you have a cold and I don't think I would have done my second flush if I had a cold either, but once you get comfortable with the process I don't see that there could be any problems.
I have had a really bad cold and knowing at the time it was pneumonia, I did two liver flushes two weeks apart. It was fine and actually I had good results and felt better after....I would do it again. I had a sinus infection with it and it also helped that......Go for it...and hope you have as good results as I did....ae
Don't clease when you are not feeling well. The liver gall bladder cleanse is incredible buy a bit rough on the body. Pulling out all of that junk. So wait a couple of days and fell better before doing.
What about if getting over bronchitis? I feel fine I just am still coughing some....I stopped antibiotics yesterday & would like to do a cleanse on Saturday. I have no fever etc just still have my cough occasionally.
Also, I just got a book called Super Detox by Michael Van Stratan...he has a 1, 2 or 3 day cleanse for health in his book is it ok to do one of these after the liver detox?
