Is there anyone who flushed all stones and has done the flush and then has gotten no stones?
Answer:
Yes, many people manage to flush all stones.
Sometimes it takes 3 flushes, sometimes it may take 25, but almost every single person, if patient enough, will come to the point where liver and gallbladder are completely clean.
To come to that point, several factors may be necessary:
- high quality lifestyle
- figh quality diet
- metal-free tooth
- to do flush more then once
Read the stories placed here as a replies, to get some idea ...
Has anyone here completely cleaned out their liver from stones? If so, how many flushes did it take?
Thanks.
I'm just trying to figure how many times I may have to do this.
I've read of some people doing this 16 times on these boards and they are still getting out stones. Of course some will have drastically less stones than others.
But what's your story? Anyone here completely clean of stones in their liver?
It took me 7 flushes to completely clean out my liver/gallbladder. I went ahead and did another flush three weeks later to make sure I had no stones and that flush produced no stones. Each of my flushes were different and produced different sizes and colors of stones.
I have posted most of my flushes in the archives.
I plan on doing another flush the end of this month.
I just completed my 30th flush and for the first time, got almost nothing out. Well over 6,000 stones have come out of my liver. Now that has to be a "good thing."
I have been fighting high Cholesterol levels for over eight years. I was put on Zocor in 1997. In 2001 my liver enzymes had increased to SGOT(AST) 114 and SGPT (ALT) 101, normal for both being (0-40). I had been on Zocor for two and a half years at this time and because my Liver Enzymes had elevated, I was taken off the Zocor, Thus an immediate increase in Cholesterol to 351.
I was diagnosed with a Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver and Galstones in August of 2003. My sonogram showed three stones in the Gall Bladder. Fortunately I lucked on to this website immediately after the diagnosis.
After my first flush, even though I took the Ornithine capsules, as soon as I laid down my eyes popped open and I didn't sleep all night. I found no stones the next day and began to doubt the validity of the process. The next evening, I felt pressure in the Gall Bladder area and when I felt below my right ribs, I felt a lump which moved from right to left to my sternam and disappeared. After my second flush I experienced the same thing with two lumps. I decided to take another dose of Epsom Salts that night to keep my bowels loose and the next day I passed 120 "stones". All the soft green kind (I call them GCG's, Green Cholesterol Globs); I never found any hard calsified stones. I have been flushing for five months now and have flushed well over 6,000 "GCG's".
The count peaked with approximately 1,500 on my 7th flush.
They have started declining since then. I hope I will have clean flushes sometime soon.
Prior to starting the flushes my numbers were:
Cholesterol 317, SGOT(AST) 170 and SGPT (ALT) 153
After 4 flushes the numbers dropped some:
Cholesterol 273, SGOT(AST) 119 and SGPT (ALT) 109
This wasn't enough to say it was totally successful, but it was encouraging. The numbers decreased equivelant to what they decreased after two months on a low fat no cholesterol diet I had been put on prior to being put on Zocor.
I am looking forward to seeing what my next blood work results will show. I also hope to have a clean Gall Bladder scan. Won't that throw the Liver Specialist in a tailspin since he has already suggested a Gall Bladder removal.
I also want to share some experiences with the Liver Flushes
that might help others.
I did the Parasite Cleanse prior to starting the process just in case but did not find any parasites except possibly a few Liver Flukes (not sure, they were about 1/2 inch long and pointed on both ends).
I did my own version of the Kidney Flush. I tried sitting in the bathtub and eating the Watermelon and found it very uncomfortable. I took my watermelon, cut it up and processed it in the blender with the seeds. Then I strained the juice to get the gritty ground up seed hulls out. (If you have a juicer, that would do a good job.) I then drank the juice all day and it did a good flush. I guess if I had experienced pain with a kidney stone, then I would have sat in the tub of hot water to help pass it.
I started out by eating the suggested dry baked potatoe for lunch prior to the flush, but after a while I started feeling queasy just thinking about eating another one.
I switched to frozen broccolli, cauliflour and carrots slatthered with fat-free "Smart-Squeeze" Margerine. Much more enjoyable. The Margerine does not contain any fat or cholesterol to cause the Gall Bladder to contract pre-maturely.
I have also experimented with the substitute for epsom salts and water drink. The first time I squeezed the grapefruit and added lemon juice. It was probably the very best, since I didn't mind the taste. It just took too much time to mess with that many grapefruits. I tried the canned and bottled grapefruit juice concentrates and they made me sick. My best results have been with the Ocean Spray Coctail Pink Grapefruit with Tangerene. It is convenient and you can add the lemon juice or Citric Acid to cut the Epsom Salts Bitterness. I have also discovered that if you can tolerate salt, add one teaspoon table salt to your 3 cups of juice to cut the bitterness of the Epsom Salts. That is only 1/4 tsp salt per dose and that has been the best for me. It doesn't seem to affect the results of the flush either.
I still use only real grapefruit and olive oil for the flush.
After reading most of the other "recipes", one of the other things I do is always lay on my right side after drinking the olive oil/grapefruit concoction. This makes sense since the "stones" float and that puts you in a position where the Gall Bladder duct is above the Gall Bladder and the "stones" would float upward into the duct. I have found it really makes no difference if you fall asleep immediately or not. There have been many times when I have had to get up two or three times during the night to go to the bathroom because of the epsom salts acting. I do try to stay on my right side and be perfectly still most of the night.
These changes have not seemed to affect the results of my flushes, but they have made the ritual a little easier for me. Hope they may be beneficial to others.
Well here's hoping that my next Blood Tests prove to be much lower and my Gall Bladder Scan free of Stones. I hope that for all of you as well.
Both me and Lillian have had several flushes with no stones.
I personally know over 10 people who came to the point that no stone come's out.
If you read all messages posted in this forum, you will read at least 10 stories of people who finally came to the point of getting 0 stones out.
If you have a no-stones flush this year ... it still doesn't mean that next year you will have clean liver. Liver that have been damaged by stress/chemicals/... may continue producing stones for a long time.
After being sick for about 4 months and feeling pain like I have been passing stones out of the gall bladder, but not out of the body...I did a "flush" and I passed a 1.5 inch gallstone (like a tiny robin's egg..1.5 inch long and 1 inch at widest point on the bottom---was pale tan color).
after this I have passed maybe one stone, but only liquids since then...no stones.
Flush #7 - Nothing. Not a stone, not a flake. Until 24 hours after I drank the oil then I had just 5 small stones. That was it. For this flush I laid on my right side, knees up.
2 weeks later, went back to lying flat on my back. I felt nothing. I heard nothing (sometimes a gurgling sound). But the next day dozens of pea size and hundreds of smaller sizes.
Body position? I don't know. Also drank a cup of black coffee 2 hours before the Epsom Salts . (Figure I'd try it at the front end, instead of the back end as some have proposed. Don't know if that affected anything, though)
That is a great question. I have flushed 6 times now (get ready for the 7th today), and still had an attack the day before yesterday. That was my 5th attack since I discovered my gallstone and had a flush soon after about one year ago. I did a flush right after each attack. My first flush seems worked the best, and I did not get an attack in 10 months. Then the attack becomes more frequent. Almost once every month even though I did the flush after each attack. Does anyone else have the samiliar experience? I wonder when my attack will really goes away.
Thanks
Well, I did my 4th flush last night, almost exactly like the 3rd flush. I ate pretty much nothing all day yesterday. Then, instead of taking the Epsom Salts , I took 2 doses of magnesium citrate (400 mg each). I drank the grapefruit juice and olive oil (I could drink even more this time before feeling nauseated), laid down on my right side, and once again, I thought I could feel the stones travelling through. I took 6 ornithine caps and slept really well. Got up at 9:30 and did a saltwater flush, which yielded only some liquid poo. Had several BMs with no stones. At around 1:30 pm, I took another 400 mg of magnesium citrate. It is now 5 pm and I have not passed a single stone, or anything that seems like it could have come from my liver--no chaff, no sludge, etc.
It seems pretty unlikely that I would really have flushed all of my stones after only 3 flushes. I used to eat all kinds of junk, and some of my 'symptoms,' which could be signs of a sluggish liver, have gone away (e.g. dark, bruise-like circles under eyes, tendency toward depression/anger, mild acne). Did I do something wrong, or does this not work from time to time? Has anyone else had an experience where the flush yielded absolutely nothing?
Since I know someone will probably tell me to do an enema, I tried to get one today, but was told that I could only purchase one with a prescription from a doctor (I live in the Netherlands and don't have a doctor over here). Strange, huh? I wasn't asking for medication, only for the apparatus.
Also, today, I have been eating a lot of fat (nuts & an avocado). Is this a good post-flush idea? I've also been eating fruit, but was wondering if I'm giving my liver a fat overload.
You mentioned that this time you used magnesium citrate and got no stones. Have you ever had success using the magnesium citrate? I'm doing my first flush this weekend and I would rather go the liquid route than use Epsom Salts .
Thanks
Flushes 1-4 yielded great results with the OO/GR, Flushes 5-6 also yielded great results with alternate recipe (cola flush). For flush #7 I felt the pressure built up and I went back to the OO/GF recipe, I shuffled the timing forward by about 2 hours and was a bit late in taking the OO/GF concoction. LOTS of gushing and rumbling throughout the ES and OO/GF, no popping sensations though. This round I yielded NO stones. I did an enema prior to the OO/GF, and still had brown BM, which by the morning became bright yellow BM, which I take to be bile.
Was wondering if those who had flushed with no stones, got stones the next round?
Was the "no stone flush" a turning point of much less stones to come out subsequently?
Anybody else experienced the bright yellow liquid BM?
AmyK or anyone: what is the OO/GF recipe for the flush.....is that by Hulda Clark ? Also the cola flush, the simple one with olive oil? Where do you get gold coin grass and if you were to take it 2 days prior to flush would that help with staving off pain? How painful is it; when the flush is done, how often and for what duration should one flush? Has anyone take Diatomaceous Earth (food Grade) for the parasites. One answer suggested treating possible parasites after the flush, has anyone used this? THanks, D
Flush #6 had moderate results, dozens in the 1/4" range. Flush #7 only yielded 5 small stones 24 fours after taking the oil. Absolutely nothing in the preceding hours. 2 weeks later, flush #8 yielded a few dozen stones above 1/4 inch and hundreds of smaller stones. The only difference between 7 and 8 was body position. Right side on 7 and on my back for 8 (#8 included a cup of black coffee 2 hours before the Epsom Salts ). Been feeling pressure, though, on my lower left side, building for the last few weeks. Sometimes I feel it, sometimes I don't.
My flush 9 yielded about 4 green stones and nothing else. Felt unwell after though with pressure in the liver area, headaches etc. Persevered for about 6 weeks with the symptoms before I did No 10 which was amazing. 70+ 'rocks', multifaceted and like large marbles (as well as loads of other stuff again - things like cholesterol crystals (I suppose) lots of things like yellow split peas which I suppose are from the gall bladder). The rocks went on for two days and on the 2nd day I passed about the last 12 and it took about 10 flushes of the loo to get them to go down the toilet. They were so buoyant! After 3 or 4 weeks felt I had symptoms again, though much less intense, and flushed after 4 weeks but No 11 yielded about 5 or 6 tiny green stones. I don't know if this is the end of the stones or I have to have another wait until other parts of the liver start to dump forwards. I think it is a question of waiting to see. I felt good after this 11th flush not the same degree of soreness in the liver area but I have noticed that from day 3 onwards my liver has felt weakened i.e. pains after eating, funny sensations in the head and lower neck (all my classic symptoms). I really do agree with what someone posted some time back ' the flush weakens the liver short-term but strengthens it long-term'.
i had no stones and hardly any stones between flushes 2 and 5.
i was about to give up and flush 6 came along producing the jackpot.
everyone is different, i also find that even with the same protocol each time you may get different results.
Hi Amy,
Yes, like you, my 10th Liver Flush was just yellow sandy/grainy stuff, and bile. NO stones. But I had yellow stools all week leading up to my cleanse, with lots of pain in my liver & gallbladder area, and then again for about 6 days after.
I took a small drink of Epsom Salts a couple of times through the week after, and a desertspoon of Olive Oil last Thursday night. This seemed to relieve my pain somewhat.
I will do my 11th flush next weekend. I am trying to keep to fresh juiced vegetables and lots of apple juice for the coming week. This should help things along.
regards
Marg
Hi,
My understanding of yellow BMs is lack of bile. It can also be caused by pancreatitus which occurs when enzymes start to react within the pancreas rather than first being released into the digestive tract. The enzymes help to make the whole process work. Basically if you have dark BMS then you have reasonable/good bile movement and the rest of the system is working well. Clay/whitish usually means your liver itself is stuffed commonly seen with hepatitis and other liver diseases.
I did my first flush recently and got no stones that I could distinguish then for a number of days I had yellow bms. Also pain in the pancreatic area. It then darkened up when I took some stomach herb pain killers. The paing lessened too. I just did my second flush and well had some different results. Still got some aches not quite as bad as before but too early to tell, as well too early to tell for the BMs but so far still darkish. Also noticed some green soft balls covered in faecal matter this time in BMs after flush. Is this the stones that people talk about? If it is then it looked more like olive oil with some of the moisture extracted.
I have been flushing every 2 weeks and last night was my third flush. The first was very successful - about 600- 800 stones, the second there were less. Last night, I followed the Hulda protocal as usual and I have just passed brown liquid and what looks like floating sand. I haven't seen a single stone!
Could this mean I'm clear?
If you got out that many stones in flush 1 and 2 then I think you're clear. I'm envious. I had no stones on flush 1 and 2 but will try flush 3 in a few weeks. I hope someday I have the same results as you. Congrats!
Sounds to me like you rid your body of the chaf / crystals that would have become stones. I am not an expert but have read on other forums where they described the same thing and that was what they were told. This is a good thing, actually better than the stones because you get them before they become stones.
Hi Guys! Gosh it's been so long it seems since I've been on this WONDERFUL website! My computer at home is on it's last legs and I've been struggling to even check my emails. Anyways..... GREAT NEWS!! I have successfully completely rid myself of gallstones!!! I did a total of 8 flushes. The last 2 were pretty unproductive in comparison to all others before. I only got 3 tiny stones out the 8th time. I know this goes completely against the whole eating right thing, but I had to test myself to see if I was completely stone free. SO..... 3 days after doing the 8th flush, I ate chicken strips and southwestern eggrolls (from Chili's) for our 3 year wedding anniversary. I felt completely fine afterward and woke up the next morning feeling completely fine!! I always had my attacks in the morning for some reason between 4-6 am. So I knew when I woke up after eating that at Chili's that I was ok. Then I thought, well maybe I just didn't have an attack because I just did a flush 3 days ago. So, then to do the ultimate test, I ate at McDonalds 10 days after my flush, eating a big mac, fries and a coke. I know, I know.... HORRIBLE food, but I just needed to see if I still had Gallstones and I never even had the tiniest attack!!! So now I am back to eating really good, just knowing that I don't have gallstones anymore and I am very healthy!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH for your support and encouragement and love. I am going to continue to do flushes every 6 months from now on and continue eating healthy and taking care of my body. I just want you all to know that you've made a difference in my life and helped me through a very difficult time. I appreciate it so much and I know God will bless you for it. Good luck to you all with your flushes! Have a super week!!
congratulation for you.
did you do colon and parasite cleanse before you do liver cleanse? because i heard it is very important to do before liver cleanse
How long indeed? I have completed 14 cleanses and I am still getting out a ton of garbage. When will it end? The results of my last few cleanses can be see on my blog (click my name above to see the link). I am fighting an extreme case of genital herpes and just hope that each of these stones is bringing me closer and closer to a cure.
