Hi Yoda,
you soumd like you know a lot about the tea. I have some, which is like splinters of wood, about 1/4in long. I was told to steep 1 heaped teaspoon in a cup of boiling water. It has hardly any taste at all. Very slight. I am wondering maybe its not a good variety. Then i read about another type which resembles 'coffee grounds'. Which one do you take? Which is the best?
What other thnigs did you do to get rid of ur tumors?
The best tea is the one that resembles coffee grounds, this is the one I use, I briefly tried another source and received the "cut" you describe...more like wood shavings...the coffee ground cut is much stronger, and though stronger is not as bitter in my opinion... someone here posted they are using the tea bags and having some success...which surprised me as most people find this quickie version useless, but hey more power to you if its making you feel good, I would get scanned and make sure the tumors are shrinking to be sure that it is working to its full potential though, and would definitly recommend using the bark and boiling the tea as a decoction rather than relying on teabags, it is not complicated to make ...I make it up a gallon at a time for convenience.
I also ate healthy , trying to concentrate on wholegrains and veggies ( but do admit to cheating when cravings kicked in...lol), I fresh juice twice per day, fruit with liquid greens added in the morning and Veggie with garlic in the evening, various supplements butr nothing to spectacular, lecithin, milk thistle, C, E, a good multi, garlic etc and most important regular doses of encouragement, laughter and "never give up" supplements.
Come on folks have a good old belly laugh, release those feel good..good for you endorphines and enjoy life to the fullest !
I was at my dr yesterday, she was so pleased with my progress, she's giving me a break from chemo. She says for me to go take a vacation, come back and get scan and then we'll meet in 2 weeks to decide what to do. I was so thrilled since my dr is relentless on chemo, and so pleased she's giving me a break.
When I was in the hospital, my gyno surgeon told me that the cancer has a bear hug on my digestive system, I don't have a tumor, but its all over. The last time I did a scan, it was in 6 diff. spots, very horrible report, I might not be cleared of cancer on my next scan but my onc thinks it will be a better report.
I drink the Pau tea from the tea bags, but I'm very particular, I have to drink the Purple. I think the dosage/strength might depend on your weight. After losing 25 lbs, I weigh 110 lbs, and one of the blessing perhaps, I only need a lower dosage. My husband prefers it strong, and told me to make it stronger to make it work better, but I want to do it slowly. I believe your body will tell you what you need. I tell you if I didn't have the tea, the dr will have to write 20 precriptions for what its doing for me, and the presriptions will have side effects. I was anemic, had hemmoroids, high blood pressure, constipate easily, could not sleep, could not eat, etc. My dr is so happy with my blood count now.
Speaking of belly laughter, I could not laugh or even breath to my belly when I was sick, it was only up to my lungs, then as I got better, the air reached my belly at first with pain, but now much better.
I've also taken up Tai Chi, I cannot say enough how improtant this is to me. This is an art/exercise practiced by chinese for thousands of years, its supppsed to allow your chi(energy) to flow. Blocked chi result in sickness. My new philosophy is if people are doing it for thousands of years, they know what they are doing.
The cover story on this week's Time magazine links inflammation to heart disease, alzheimers and cancer. They say that until Pharm come up with an anti-inflammatory drug, in the meantime, exercise, eat veggies and fruits - nothing new there, and floss your teeth to prevent gum disease. Perhaps the Pau tea is effective because its anti-inflamatory.
Got to run and dink Pau tea. Laugh and may your chi flow.
Hello healthychoice,
I'm currently drinking 4/5 cups of Pau tea a day, each cup is really like 1.5 cup since I like my tea very light, I just put a tea bag in a little teapot and let it seep in hot water for 15/30 mins. I've tried boiling the loose tea, and its ok, but it taste a little strong for me. I'm using the Purple tea from Wisdom herbs (wisdom of the ancient).
I was able to eat and sleep the first day I drank the tea, and after a week, I had so much energy, I could do some housework, after less than a month, my doctor said I was making a miraculous recovery. I've been drinking the tea now for 2.5 months. Dr says I've to do one more chemo, and then she will evaluate. I want to beg her no more chemo,I feel fine. Its a toss up right now, am I more scare of cancer or the side effects.
The tea will remove toxic from your system, so I wouldn't think you need to do any special detox unless its something you are comfortable with.
getting back on the Pau and Essiac Tea s as soon as I get my pH level up- or - if I see any growth. It is just that my pH level are way too low right now.
Does anyone have any idea how long it can take to get to a normal range of 7.4 when you register 5.2 in the morning and barly ever get over 6.4 in the day after eating mostly alkaline foods???
First, sincere best wishes to your friend! Do some research on ellagic acid. I've heard enough about it to begin taking some daily. I think the recommended dose is about 50 mg but I'll let you research further. If I can answer any questions, email me. The site below is a beginning point for you to begin if you wish. I'll also forward an 11 page report in a minute.
There is a mineral called Cesium that, when taken properly and along with sufficient amounts of Potassium, will elevate the oxygen level in the body, and when this happens, cancer cells die. I know of a manufacturer of liquid Cesium and can assist you in getting some if you want to give it a try. Please email me.
I am a natural health professional, and currently work with oncology clinics. Significant studies have shown that high doses of Vit C,E, beta carotene, selenium and a good muti vit and mineral along with 90 to 100 milligrams of CoQ10 and OPC3 has proven very effective in cancer patients. It is my recommendation that these supplements are taken in a isotonic form as to achive optimal absorbtion. As always you should check with you doctor first, but all studies have been conducted in scientic medical facilities.
