Hey there Vicki! I was wondering, since you went to Dr. Morales did he use the Diamond products in your mouth? I think that's what bikerchicks site said he uses. That is the material I have been interested in and was wondering about it. How are you feeling? Have you noticed any difference in your health since the removal? Did you have any root canals or cavitations that needed removing?
Hi, I'm new here, I am registered, but it won't let me post except in a reply!!
I wanted to ask ANYONE if they have any info as to CROWNS, I want my Amalgams replaced but they are so big (12 of them) that everyone says they have to be crowned!1
well I remember reading somewhere (a link would be appreciated to this info) that crowns have a whole bunch of bacteria poisoning you also issues!! any info or help would be GREATLY appreciated
Hi Terry,
I don't know a whole lot about crowns. I had one tooth that was crowned two years ago. It hurt ever since and my next dentist told me the nerve was dying and wanted to do a root canal on it.
It seems like from reading other peoples experiences that a crown is kind of a temporary measure to save the tooth for a while longer, but eventually it's gonna die anyway so you're better off to go ahead and get rid of it. I could be wrong, I'm surely no expert. And maybe it makes a big difference what you crown it with, too. A regular dentist will use nickel, sometimes nickel right over mercury so it's no wonder it dies. Never use a regular dentist!! Just my opinion.
Are you consulting with a regular dentist who uses metal, or a holistic or biologic dentist? It makes a huge difference in your teeth!!
Also, have you read the tooth page on curezone? It has a lot of good info. And read Dr Clarks online book here, "Cure for all Diseases," the part about the dental stuff.
Good luck, hopefully someone will answer your questions that actually KNOWS something! I don't know why it won't let you post questions, maybe if you keep trying it will "go through"?
I'm trying to get info to find a "natural" dentist, do you know of any in TN? I think the crowned teeth I have already had root canals.............. thanks for emailing me back! I looked into going to Mexico, but can't swing the $$ or the time. I have LOTS of small kids with no one to watch them & couldn't afford the trip with taking them with me!! I live off of I40 in the middle of TN East of Nashville about 1 1/2 hours. Any one no of some one good around here??? (& ANY alternative's to the crowns! If they pulled them all I'll be toothless!!
Terry,
try www.hugnet.com for their phone number. They can refer you to a holistic dentist. I was told they charge for this service but someone else here says they don't, so it's worth a try. Or I think Nicole posted a phone number if you can find that post on this forum. If that doesn't work I'll try to find it for you.
Vicki
Hi Nicole - yes he used Diamondlite. I had the biocompatibility test done first so I knew it was good for me to use. The only difference I've noticed so far is that my arthritis is totally gone. I don't really have any major health problems to worry about yet. I mostly did it to prevent any. I still get pms with depression (I would have rather kept the arthritis and lost that!) but I'm hoping with some more liver flushes and adding omega 3s I can get rid of that.
I didn't have any root canals, but I did have a crowned tooth that had been really sensitive and hurt a lot that my dentist here wanted to do a root canal on. Dr Morales took it out, and also did three cavitations on my old wisdom teeth sites.
My teeth are still pretty sensitive (it's been 3.5 weeks) and I can't eat much still. But considering I had 9 large fillings replaced, three cavitations and an extraction, that's normal. Actually the cavitations healed up really fast, it's the filled teeth that are still sensitive. Remember 4 of my Amalgams were so large my original dentist wanted to crown them. I may yet end up losing one or more of them, so I'm trying to baby them to give the nerves time to settle down. I figure the more time and tlc I give them the better their chances will be.
That's great about your arthritis! And yes, sensitivity is to be expected I suppose. I sure hope it heals quickly for you. I bet your PMS will subside soon. I think Shelley posted recently about her PMS going away completely. I'm lucky I don't have PMS.
I'm doing my dental revision for preventative reasons also. I do have many mercury toxicity symptoms though. And my mom is having neurological problems as well as my dad. He has epilepsy. My mom has had a full mouth of Amalgam all her life. The last few years she's been having weird things happen like optical neuritis where she went blind in one eye for a few days. Doctors thought it was going to be MS but that turned out negative. Plus she has numbness in her toes sometimes. My dad, back when he was 27 went to the dentist and they filled a whole bunch of his teeth with amalgam in one appointment I think. That was when his "epilepsy" started. He always thought it was dental related. The crazy thing is is he had about 3 teeth pulled recently that had fillings in them and his seizures have been better. I just know that I am at a higher risk because both of my parents have these problems.
I am really interested about your cavitations and wisdom teeth. When you had your wisdom teeth removed were they already broken through? All 4 of mine were impacted because I had braces so they never broke through. I did have oral surgery to have them removed about 10 years ago. I wonder if I could have cavitations. It seems like the periodontal ligament would have been removed when they had to dig down in there anyway but who knows. I sure hope and pray I don't have any because that will be an extra $1000 or more!
I thought I already responded to this, but I don't see it so maybe I imagined it. (Apparently my mental confusion is still with me!)
If I were your parents I would seriously consider getting them OUT!!!!
My wisdom teeth were taken out 20 years ago. I think two were coming in sideways, and I don't remember if the other was impacted. I was surprised to see the fourth one on the xray. I thought they were all pulled but there it still is!
Apparently the dentist can only tell if it needs cavitation surgery is if he goes in with a tiny drill bit and if its soft and mushy it needs to be cleaned out. Something like 90 or 95% of them need it. I'm really squeamish and couldn't really stand to read up on it, but I'm glad my dentist did mine. I'm also glad I didn't know in advance I was going to need it! Of everything he did the cavitations healed up the fastest and painlessly. And from what he said the cavitations are responsible for the arthritis, moreso than the amalgams. I don't remember them being that expensive. I hope you're wrong about the price!
I know, I am trying to get my mom to have her Amalgams removed. She is interested but scared to do it because she has so many. She really needs to go to Dr. Huggins premier clinic but it will be very expensive.
I just read somewhere that there is a new way for dentists to find cavitations by injecting some type of dye stuff into that area and then doing an x-ray. If they're really good they can see it on an x-ray without the dye. Unfortuantely the price is right in my case. That is what the dentist charges where I am planning on going. My hubby flipped when I told him that. So I don't think I will be able to get them done just yet if I have them. It will have to wait a little until we can save the money. I REALLY hope I don't have them!
Hey there I got the ingredient listing for Dr. Huggins supplements. It's in adobe acrobat form. Do you know if I can post that here? I'm not sure how. I tried to send you an email but it says that you don't accept forum visitor emails. I wonder why it thinks I'm a visitor. Or are we all considered visitors? I dunno.
Hi Nicole,
I don't know why my email won't allow that; it lets perfect strangers in to try to enlarge my penis everyday! Could you try it again or try to post it here? I'm really computer illiterate, if I didn't have my husband to help me I wouldn't be able to use the thing. I guess I could email them for myself and have them send it to me. Wouldn't you think they'd list the ingredients on their website for pete's sake? Who buys supplements without knowing what's in them?
Thanks for trying!
Vicki
I just noticed at the bottom when I went to send this, it lets me check whether others can email me. Maybe last time I forgot to check it. Hmm.
Yes, you'd think if a company is selling supplements that they would list the ingredients on the site. I do not buy anything that doesn't have an ingredient listing.
I will try and email you again or post it here somehow. If you want you can send me an email then I can reply with the attachment. My email is nicspeth@yahoo.com
