I am using a clay pack with herbs to detox my thyroid ( hypo ) Dr. Cousens prescribed it for me been doing it about 2 wks. for heavy metals. Already my basal A.M.temp is higher... EDIE
Yes I am in the process and so far I am feeling the effects of a detox in my neck (achy and stiff) the clay is really powerful I was really suprised how much energy it gives off when I am doing it. My basal temp this am was 97.4 the highest it has ever been. I don't know what else to say yet cause it has been only been 2 weeks...will know more soon. EDIE
Is this a bath or a wrap? What brand or kind of clay is this? How do you do this? I have some clay for heavy metals that's used as a bath but I was wondering if I would find increased benefits if I used it as a wrap over organ's such as the thryoid to help heal their dysfunctions. Please explain what your doing with the clay exactly and how often you do it, I would really appreciate it. Thank You
I am so sorry this has taken so long! I used a poultice on my thyroid that Dr. Cousens prescribed. I also did other stuff but it is working I feel better than I can ever remember so if you want more info on what I have done let me know...hopefully it won't take so long! edie
Thanks! What kind of clay did you use and how long did you leave it on? How many times a week do you do this? What else have you been doing? Are you doing his anti-mycosis raw diet? I have hypothyroid and am trying to find out all that I can from people who are having or have had success in healing it. Thank you so much!

I am new to clay. I have done numerous liver flushes and use Colonix regularly. It has really worked well for me getting all the plague and mucous out of my gut.
I still have acne problems and wanted to add some clay to my cleansing regimine.
Which is best? Bentonite to really get the bacteria and heavy metals out of my gut???
My ultimate goal is ridding the acne.
