Hello CureZone Experts , I was wondering if you know of any cures for Bronchitis? At least I think that I have Bronchitis. My symptoms are that I bring up flem from my throat all day every day. I'm constantly clearing my throat. Otherwise I feel healthy. For many years I was exposed to dust from my occupation so I think this had something to do with it. Could my mucous membranes be destroyed? Any advice would really be appreciated! Thanks
Look up LUNG herbs, buy in bulk and make the tea yourself. Its fresh and saves money. Boiling some water + garlic and breathing it in helps to break mucous up and open passage ways. Or boiling water with Food grade Hydrogen Peroxide and breathing that in kills stuff. (By boil I just mean enuff to get vapors- please don't burn yourself.) Colloidal silver, like the previos postsays, is always good for a cold too. Mullien is an herb off the top of my head, there is another that sounds like Osha that is good specifically for bronci, bronchioles, and lung tissue . You'll have to double check the names.
Clean your colon, any toxins or bad bacterias in colon go to the lung. They are on the same meridian. (start with a water enema today.)
Know your dosha? You may be part Vata because they have "wind" which effects bronchi, lung, and colon. Kapha have more of a problem with mucous. You'll have to do a little questionaire on-line to see which is you. Just stay away from foods not prescribed to your dosha(Ayurvedic word for body type) and your condition will decrease. You'll notice a difference. Its amazing how diet can imbalance your body. You probably like the foods in your dosha instinctively already, but never knew how right you were.
Hello Gracey and thanks a lot for your response! Can you please let me know what dosha, vata, and kapha mean? I don't have a clue. Is there somewhere I can read about this online? Any info is really appreciated!
It is your specific body type by Ayurvedic standards. Do a search for "dosha test". This is also a good website to find alot of info about dosh and sub dosha. http://www.ayurveda-ayurvedic.com/doshas/asgb-40.html
All it is saying is, illness comes when you are imbalanced. Your body is made of elements that are present in our earth : water, wind, fire,etc... One is always dominant, but you don't want to feed the dominant one, you want to nurture the weaker ones to create better balance. Balance is the key. When you find out which one is dominant in you, you know what diseases you will be prone to, what times of day to eat, study, and sleep etc...
Good Luck,
Gracey
