just oil a potatoe with a good oil and bake it.
I use potatoes, I steam them til tender but still crisp
and make a potatoe soup or salad from that.
I eat raw foods as well..and certainly fruits.
great raw boosts high in oxygen btw are cabbage, brussel sprouts,
and broccoli. I love homemade coleslaw with a bare bit of apple cider vinegar,
and you can always make a healthy dip if you want for raw broccoli.
If you are camping out and grilling, why not slice your potatoe,
and brush a bit of good oil on it and grill wedges?

btw baking soda is full of aluminum..
I use only aluminum free baking soda.
This fact alone means that most breaded foods you eat or that
use baking soda also are full of aluminum.
So do stay aware of why it is important to detox metals from your
body. many so called better deli fast food places have aluminum
coating on the subs/hoagies as a preservative.
Canned foods are very high in aluminum.
