I had two unpleasant evenings, and then the 90 grams of vitamin C I took in a 48-hour span, broke the back of the virus, and I healed rapidly. Or at least that's what I think happened. No, I haven't made any changes to my eating-regimen. I'll stick with what kept me healthy for the last 28+ years. I'm a creature of habit, and I delight in my daily routines. I don't know how the rogue virus wormed its way into me. But if it tries again, I think my immune system will kill it in a hurry. My intuition tells me that the mini cold I had, may well have protected me from a much stronger but similar virus that is floating around out there somewhere. I look on setbacks as an opportunity to learn things I need to know. This cold was a blessing. I'm glad it happened, and I'm glad it's over. I hope, Cyrulis, that you and yours are well. What form of C are you taking? Yes, you may want to look into fruits and berries that have high concentrations of vitamin C. If you do, please give us some feedback on what you learn.
