The thing is, my diet is very, very heathy. I follow a type O diet with no refined/processed foods, I ferment/sprout all of my grains, beans, seeds and nuts, I basically eat vegetables, meat, eggs, fruit, and a bit of nuts, seeds, beans and grains. All organic, about 75% raw. I eat no wheat/gluten and no dairy. No sugar, no caffene, no artificial anything and no colors and dyes.
I am so confused. I looked on the alkaline/acid foods list and I eat about 50/50 on each side.
Should I aim for all alkaline foods?
I just dont see such a huge alk/acid imbalance happening solely from my diet, but I could be wrong.
