I was just wondering, I'm going away for 12 days and have a bunch of stuff I need to take with me... p&b shake's, vitamins etc included. I am wondering if I could in a jar mix together the acv and molasses to take and add water to later? would it change anything in it? I just really dont want to bring both big bottles with me.

Hi,
Do not premix much ahead of time, for fresh is best!

Once it is mixed, it starts reacting against it's self and it should be in the body then so the body recieves this Release of Energy from the reactions taking place!!
