Hey there! I was hoping there would be another Monday starter! It's day 3 for me too!! And I feel great as well!
I've done this once before, last summer and did it for 7 days.
This time I'm hoping to go for 10 days.
How long are you planning to go for???

Wonderful. Ive been attempting to do this fast for awhile now, could never get past day 1, but Im determined to get past day 2 this time. So far today Ive had 2 glasses of lemonade, a glass of water and now Im sipping some green tea which is a good antioxidant. Im not hungry, but my mind tends to wander. I would like to do this at least 10 days. I'd love to hear your progress. Thanks.
I, too, am beginning today. I tried to start yesterday and failed miserably.
I was successful with a 10 day cleanse last month and felt wonderful. But I have been doing very poorly with food of late. I think that my challenges are emotional/ psychological.
So, I am sipping my lemonade again today and so far have turned down two lunch proposals. Am hoping to stay focused, hour by hour, and have the day pass without succombing to cravings.
FYI, the MC 'purists' would say that the only tea one should drink on MC is mint tea. But I don't know. I had a couple of weak moments during my 10 day cleanse and had some veggie broth.
Are you steeping the tea for 15 minutes and covering the mug while it steeps? I read a message from someone a while back that he was not doing that & had bad cramps. Once he followed the directions on the box (to steep for 15 minutes) the cramps stopped.
