My wife and I are in day nine and started the BP shakes on day 7. We planned on going 10 days but are thinking of going much longer now so how long with the shakes?
The BP shakes are made with a clay called Bentonite and also Psylliium Seed Husks: (1Tablespoon of clay and 1 teaspoon the husks in 10 oz. water mixed good). Then drink another glass of water, nothing but water an hour before or after These shakes pull toxins out and break out the plaque in your intestines.
I hope this is helpful.
Blessings Russ
Thank you Russ! I'm glad to be in the know...although it sounds really icky and nasty!
Oh, btw...I realized that I measured wrong when I did the salt bath. I was doing (2) 1/4 teaspoons which is really 1/2 teaspoon instead of 2 teaspoons! What a dope! I'll get it right next time!
1-tsp. (rounded) of powdered psyllium
1-Tbsp. of Bentonite
8 oz. of distilled water
Shake mixture vigorously and drink before it gels. Follow this with another 8 oz. glass of water. This is in addition to the daily water intake of half your body weight in ounces. Thus a 150lb person drinks at least 75 oz. of water/day. Sufficient water is key to success with this cleanse!
Start Taking on days 2 through 8 on the Master Cleanser program. Shakes must be taken on an empty stomach. Do not take within 1 hour of the lemonade as the P&B absorbs nutrients in the stomach. The P&B is not a substitute for the daily laxitive tea regiment or for the salt water flush. If constapation occurs drink more water or follow with the salt water flush.
Take 4 times a day, (5 if you weigh more than 150 lbs.) at three hour intervals.
Instead of the BP Shakes can you just take pills like Super Colon Cleanse or Dr. S. #2 or someting else. I want clarity of mind yes but weightloss also. My stomach is in constant distress and I rarely have BM. What is the best way to clean out EVERYTHING! Thanks
i am on day 3 of the MC and just learned that it will not get rid of the mucoid plaque. this is a big part of why i am doing the cleanse, so i'm thinking of doing the bowel cleanse as well. my question is whether adding the BP shakes will cause a lot of movements in the day? right now i go in the middle of the night (from the lax tea), for a few hours in the am after the SWF, and then nothing else until the next night's tea. i work all day and am worried that adding four shakes will result in major eliminations here at work (i'd imagine it's not so fun to be releasing mucoid plaque in a public bathroom). can anyone give me an idea of how often they go with the added BP shakes?
also, do a lot of people do the bowel cleanse at the same time as the MC? it sounds like it might be tricky with timing....
thanks so much :-)
I did not notice any excess movements the last time I did the Master Cleanser with the BP shakes. I have done the cleanse with both and if anything I've noticed that things are more solid coming out (less loose, frequent trips to the throne). The timing to fit it all in though is hard to fit in usually though. For some it would be easier to just take them before and after the cleanse, using the more infrequent instructions on the containers.
