I just wanted to take this time to thank you for posting so many affirmations on this forum... I have copied them down and use them everyday... Some I wrote down and changed, some I change or insert things as I go...I think this is truely amazing and just wanted to thank you for sharing and for turning me on to the Insight Cd's also..
I'm finding much pleasure in using the CD;s and affirmations....I'm using the insight both day and night for at least the 1st track and more if I have time...
I also say the affirmations outloud and with power and feeling and believe that it is opening up something in me...
