Arthritis
Take one part honey to two parts of luke warm water and add a small teaspoon of cinnamon powder, make a paste and massage it on the itching part of the body slowly.
It is noticed that the pain recedes within a minute or two.
Or arthritis patients may daily, morning and night take one cup of hot water with two spoons of honey and one small teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
If drunk regularly even chronic arthritis can be cured.

Take two tablespoons of cinnamon powder and one teaspoon of honey in a glass of luke warm water and drink it.
It destroys the germs of the bladder.
Toothache
Make a paste of one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and five teaspoons of honey and apply on the aching tooth.
This may be done 3 times a day daily till such time that the tooth has stopped aching.
Cholesterol
Two tablespoons of honey and three teaspoons of Cinnamon Powder mixed in 16 ounces of tea water, if given to a cholesterol patient, it reduces the level of cholesterol in the blood by 10% within 2 hours.
As mentioned for arthritic patients, if taken 3 times a day any chronic cholesterol is cured.
As per the information received in the said journal, pure honey taken with food daily relieves complains of cholesterol.
Colds
Those suffering from common or severe colds should take one tablespoon luke warm honey with 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder daily for 3 days.
This process will cure most chronic cough, cold and clear the sinuses.

A Spoonful of Cinnamon Helps Treat Diabetes

NEW YORK (Reuters Health) - People with diabetes can help keep their bodies healthy by simply adding a dash of spice to their diet, new research reports.
In a study, diabetics who incorporated one gram -- equivalent to less than one-quarter teaspoon -- of cinnamon per day for 40 days into their normal diets experienced a decrease in levels of blood sugar, cholesterol and blood fats.
And for people with diabetes, the less of those substances in the body, the better.
Type 2 diabetes arises when the body loses sensitivity to insulin, a hormone that shuttles the sugars from food into body cells to be used for energy. As a result, the amount of sugar, or glucose, in the blood remains high, leading to fatigue and blurred vision. Over the long term, excess blood glucose can increase the risk of heart disease, kidney failure and blindness.
The current findings suggest that a small amount of cinnamon can help protect diabetics from these and other potential complications of their condition, study author Dr. Richard A. Anderson of the Beltsville Human Nutrition Research Center in Maryland told Reuters Health.
Diabetics could add a dash of cinnamon to their morning servings of coffee, orange juice or cereal, Anderson noted. "You can also make a cinnamon tea by simply boiling water with stick cinnamon," he suggested.
Anderson noted that cinnamon may also help stave off the onset of Type 2 diabetes in people at risk of the condition.
He added that cinnamon contains some substances that can be toxic in high amounts, so people should be sure not to get too much of a good thing. "Certainly, a gram per day is not a high amount," he reassured.
During the study, Anderson and his colleagues asked 60 people with Type 2 diabetes to consume 1, 3, or 6 grams of cinnamon each day for 40 days, or the equivalent amount of wheat flour, as a placebo. Both the cinnamon and wheat flour were administered in capsule form.
Reporting in the journal Diabetes Care, Anderson and his team found that all cinnamon-takers experienced a drop in blood levels of glucose, fats and cholesterol by up to 30 percent. No change was seen in the people taking placebo capsules.
Anderson explained that cinnamon contains compounds that help make insulin more efficient, improving the hormone's ability to bring glucose to the cells that need it.
As an added bonus, cinnamon contains virtually no calories, Anderson said, allowing diabetics to add zest to their meals without adding to their waistlines.
Cinnamon contains less than 3 calories per gram, "negligible in the total dietary intake," Anderson said.
Previous research has shown that cinnamon appears to help fat cells recognize and respond to insulin. In test tube and in animal studies, the spice increased glucose metabolism by about 20 times.
Sorry, I don't have an answer for you. I just was posting the information that was emailed to me last month by a friend at work. Her sister is a Reiki Master in India and she probably would know the answer.
I have used one teaspoon of honey to one teaspoon of cinnamon with about 1/2 to 1 cup of water once or twice a day and have lost 7 pounds in about 1 month. I do what Hulda Clark suggests and boil the water and put a little vitamin C in to reduce possibility of the honey not being totally pure. I use unheat treated honey.
There is no need to use anything other than white distilled vinegar.
I had fungus so bad that several nails were almost completely detached. I applied the vinegar morning and night for a year---overkill I'm sure, but the problem is totally gone.
It takes about a year for the nail to regrow. The treatment doesn't change the appearance of the nail that is already affected by the fungus. It will disappear as the nail is cut over the course of the year or so. The same amount of time is required for the expensive and TOXIC oral treatment.
This vinegar cure is safe and has the very same cure rate as the smelly things you pay a lot of money for. I am sensitive to odors and found it practically odor free.
I bought a small plastic bottle in the travel supplies at the drugstore. The bottle has a push/pull top like some shampoo bottles have. I wet my toes with the vinegar and stood on a towel until they dried and then put on my shoes.
Be sure not to wear old shoes after you cure the fungus, or the it will come right back.
