Oooooo, yes, I love fennel tea. I used to work with some indian guys and they would chew fennel seeds after every meal as an aid to digestion. I took up the practice and it really helps!
Ginger is sooo yummy, and good for you.

Yes I did make you recipe but I put dry dried ginger in it because I didn't have the ginger root, the cardomon I bought was green, but I guess that doesn't matter, I made it spicy all right!! (Had to dilute it!! LOL

I don't know Stofurz, I just read his posts and get the feeling he's a sound chap. Never tried Cilantro, but I do love my teas. I've just got a big batch of Pau D' Arco for my candida and I love brewing that up. It makes me feel like a shaman!
I'm going to try the yogi tea when I can get ingredients - minus the milk, of course ;-)
Apperently the milk is supposed to make the yogi tea, easier on the stomache if you have a sensitive one. Personally, I think the ginger does a good job of that :)
I don't like putting milk in anything.
I am cows' anti milk (if I have to use something, I use goats milk)
Yeah, I recognise the reasons for adding milk, but I'm lactose intolerant and have candida so I'll skip that. Also I eat paleo so avoid dairy in all forms (except kefir!)
