questions about enemas by  dan  10 year  643  Bowel Cleanse Suppor I have been cleansing for a couple months and I have recently started treating my candida symptoms. I was given some advice on doing an enema but I'm not sure how it goes. Where would I find a kit? How do I do it? Ptree advised me to try a vitamin E enema to treat my irritable symtoms, how would I do that? I was very reluctant to do something so strange to me, but I have heard so many good things about it that I might try it. Any advice? Add To Favorites! If you go to that site you can also find oodles of information about enemas...click on Articles. The vitamin E enema was posted on the Crohns Disease forum...you'll have to search for the instructions there....I think it was posted a few months back. Just keep in mind that I am not familiar with the efficacy of that protocol...just re-posted it for you as something for you to consider...useful for Crohns, colitis. Add To Favorites!
