Hi all, Gee that sure was a lot of oil. I did a flush last night and almost quit when it came to drinking the oil the Epsom Salt was bad
enough. I thought I don't think I can do this anymore. They seem to get more difficult. I drank the sesame oil instead of the olive
and it works just as well. But I'm not sure I can do this again. Maybe the magnesium citrate is the way to go but all that oil makes
me feel sick thinking about it.
Sandra,
I have never tried to drink THAT much olive oil as the NO Epsom Salts post suggested, but when I do Hulda Clark s cleanse, I squeeze a fresh grapefruit over the olive oil and shake it up. It causes it to become pretty watery. It really improves the taste too! I just plug my nose with one hand, and start drinking!!!! When I'm done (before I unplug my nose) I stick a piece of gum in my mouth and start chewing like crazy!!!
I don't think the olive oil is 1/10 as bad as taking the epsom salts ..... so I think I'm going to try this new recipe. I know several older Mennonite women who do regular cleanses with no epsom salts, just olive oil and lemon juice, and perhaps a coffee enema in the morning. But I really think the epsom salts allows you to see the results so much better because of the liquid stools that it causes - the stones stick right out!
It does seem like the cleanses get worse (at least mine have) but I also know that I didn't take the time to do the parasite cleanse or intestinal cleanse first as I did in the beginning. This might make a difference (Hulda Clark claims this is what makes you sick during a cleanse)
