Just wanted to share that I went ahead and bought this kit and am so glad for it. I'm on day 3 of the pre-cleanse and yesterday I pass some M/P as well as this morning. Yesterday was particulary hard since I'm fasting. The headaches were horrible and just when I thought I would give up.. the M/P came out. So tomorrow I'll start the actual 5 day cleanse. Having the M/P come out early is really good motiviation. Even though the kit was expensive..it is totally worth it in my opinion for the effectiveness for it to work. I've tried P/B Shakes before.. but couldn't stick with it long enough to see any results. Just wanted to share my experience!
I'n not done with the cleanse yet.. today is officially day 1 of the actual cleanse. My energy level is good.. although around 5 pm I feel like I could use a nap.. probably because of the fast. It feels so good when you do see M/P come out. :)
I just used the blessedherbs cleanse. I've had MP come out everyday since day 2 of the precleanse. If you go to blesssedherbs.com you can read more about it and order it if you want. What I liked was their guarantee.
