I finally got around to my 4th flush about 4-5 months since my last. This time I had been doing about a week of parasite cleanse, and taking schultz bowel cleanse level 1. I have also been zapping daily.

After my 1st Epsom Salt dose I took a hot bath with a bottle of hydrogen peroxide added. Next time I might do a salt/baking soda bath. Anything to help with the toxin release. I also took 4 ornathine (spelling) to help with any parasite toxins about 1/2 hour before my oo/grapefruit.

This was a good cleanse despite the nausea last night after the oo/grapefruit. I did rinse my mouth this apple juice but it didn't help much. I also added a couple drops of oil of oregano to my oo/grapefruit to kill off any parasites.

This morning I had about 100 stones that floated, with the biggest coming 1st about 1/2" wide and 1" long and a darker green. I did finally examine a stone, never had before, and the two light green ones I broke open were much darker and hard inside.

I'm feeling pretty good! I had hoped to find a worm in a stone (but didn't check many) so I could take it to my naturopath this week, but alas no visible worms. Intuition tells me I still have parasites in my liver as well as bowels. I am looking forward to the shultz cleanse phase 2 to see what is freed from my system. I am thinking many stones are trapped in the intestines.
