I have been on a parasite cleanse for about two weeks. I'm going to go a bit longer here just to get about five days past this full moon, then I'll take a break.
At first I was surprised that I had very little, if any die off effect. But just starting the last couple days I have been feeling it quite a bit. Does die off get worse when it's near a full moon?
Such heavy depression, and my food sensitivities are even more intense than usual. I feel so lethargic and tired and depressed.
However, I have not once seen a parasite come out of me yet while on this parasite cleanse. Or eggs, for that matter.
The only time I ever saw a parasite come out of me was on the second day of an all fruit diet before I parasite cleansed! (It was a large adult Ascaris attached to a clump of more worms) But I can't keep this up because fruit makes all my symptoms MUCH worse!
Now that I am taking the herbs and zapping, I am experiencing mass die off, but I can't see any worms OR eggs in my stool. My stool is always filled with so much fiber and seeds as it is (since raw veggies and nuts/seeds are my diet), how would I ever distinquish a worm --that isn't obvious like the adult ascaris I saw?
Maybe I should cut back on the amount I am taking of the Clarkia to avoid the depression. It's just awful.
Is depression a common sign of die-off? I want to be sure I am not getting poisoned by the wormwood instead of it being die-off. But I started out taking 15 drops 3 times a day of Clarkia. This didn't give me any die-off so I worried I wasn't killing them. So I upped it to 20 drops 3 times a day --but ony took 20 drops twice a day yesterday and have only taken 20 dros once today so far.
The depression also just started after I began zapping. This might be a catalyst, too. Just too much at once, I guess, or do I just need to grin and bear the die off, knowing that I have to go through this to get to the light at the end of the tunnel?
Oh, also --is it normal to get more constipated when cleansing parasites? I notice that the more die off I have, constipation follows shortly after. Interesting. Is it connected?
Will I have to Liver Flush to get the dead parasites out of my liver? I know their in there because I feel them scurrying in my back!
I know, so many questions. Thanks for any advice or encouragement!
You are not alone in feeling really depressed during die-off, I have the same, it gets worse around the full moon and just before my period. Parasites are more active during the full moon so you are probably killing alot off at the moment, thats why you feel so bad.
It can take some time to see anything in your stool, you may not notice the eggs, not everybody has sightings of worms, give it a bit longer any you may see something. At this stage you may only be killing smaller organisms. Parasites can become very imbedded in your intestines and it is important that you have good bowel movements, you may need something to help you eliminate the parasite contents and old bowel matter. Maybe you should look into taking a colon cleansing supplement or having a few colonics.
See if the depression lifts any after the full moon, you may find that you start to feel better anyway.
As you cleanse you will get alot of ups and downs in your mood, it can be tough at times but keep chatting on this forum for some extra support. To help myself feel better I think that this is just a small time in my life for me to relax and help myself heal, compared to a life time of ill-health if I dont go through this now.
There will be an end and you will be glad you had the insight to take control of your own health and your own life, alot of people dont!
Die off produces all sorts of symptoms in people I think, I always got tired, no energy and irritable, so Iam sure depression is possible as your body goes through detoxing...my feeling with zapping is that worms etc are sometimes destroyed, so somtimes you don't see them whole...it sounds a bit gross, but I always can tell with my bowel movements after a day of zapping, that it really stinks...the smell of dead parasites I guess...constipation can also be a factor with die off, as you kill so many bugs it can take a while for things to get moving...I take some powered magnesium sometimes when I get die off as this gets things moving nicely...It can take a while to kill these things, so hang in there...
I use Oxy-powder as I'm cleansing to avoid the die-off problems. If I still feel it, I might add some more psyllium husk and charcoal caps to absorb and push through the junk. As a last resort, I use an enema until nothing else comes out. Then be sure to supplement with some electrolytes, minerals, potassium, maybe Sea Salt .
Also, I found that it was necessary to do a really good Colon Cleanse before I could do anything that causes die-off. Otherwise toxins gets stuck inside your gut and get reabsorbed in your blood. This is not very good for your health. I'm not sure if it was with you that I was discussing stopping the parasite cleanse until you did the Oxy-powder colon cleanse and got the cleansing results. If it was you, this is why I suggested you wait a few weeks, even though you wanted to parasite cleanse with the full moon. By cleaning the gut first, you can minimize these die-off miseries, and save your body the stress of these circulating toxins.
I agree with you. When those f**kers come out they stink so bad! When I pass a parasite i feel my descending colon and my rectum get overly agitated as if they just try their best to just get rid of it. Once it passes I feel great relief I swear almost instantly if I had a sinus in my nose it would diminish and brain fog would be gone with the worm. I feel almost like euphoria afterwards!
