It's starch in general and not only the gluten containing types, parasites love, plus sugar of course. So any rice, oats, potatoes, maize, wheat and so forth are not on the menu I am afraid.
BUT, you can eat well cooked meat of all kinds, all vegetables (except potatoes), all nuts and seeds and especially pumpkin seeds of course, coconut milk, shredded coconut, pineapple, pomegranate, lots of onions and garlic, olive oil, fresh herbs, very well cooked fish, spices especially cayenne, ginger and peppermint teas, well cooked eggs, Granny Smith apples as they are very low in sugar. If you JUST HAVE TO HAVE chocolate, go for the type with very high cocoa contents as this is bitter and parasites don't like bitter stuff. Most of the above have anti-parasite properties......... It's important to keep bowels moving so if you need fiber, choose a product which has the highest fiber content possible, as this contains little starch.
