Hi Andreas,
I was doing well the last few days. Now all of a sudden I have a terrible pain and soarness behind my mandibular bone and at a spot under my earlobe. Its posterior to the angle of the mandible. I was thinking maybe its earwax or water? Should I do some ear candling. It feels soar, though, is it a muscle? Its not the muscles of mastication because it does not hurt when I chew. Its really located in the ear canal area and behind the mandibular angle. Is it clogged Lymph??? any home remedies...I am stuck home in a snowstorm. No ear candles in the house. I have some garlic though, guess that's not helpful.
Yes, there is a temporary holdup in one of the lymph nodes there, which can happen when some lymph ducts either are overtaxed and congested or a certain area is releasing a larger thanusual amount of metabolic waste or toxins. I wouldn't press on it. Let the body take care of it. The swelling will go down once the passage is clear again. There is no need to be concerned. If you want, you can apply a band aid soaked with urine (best taken from first morning urine) while you sleep. It draws those toxins out, which will help.
