Is there any way to rebuild the gum tissue in my mouth?
Any combination of foods, supplements, exercises, or
affirmations that will stop gums from receding or
eroding?
For the last 30 years, I've been taking good care of
myself. But the first 35 years were a different story.
As a child, I chewed that awful pink bubble-gum that
came in packs of baseball cards. That caused a multitude of cavities, that were filled with mercury-
amalgam fillings. I've had the fillings removed, but
the gum erosion continues, ever so slowly.
I know how to build a biceps or triceps muscle. I know how to do internal cleanses. I know
how to keep my old body in exellent health. But I don't
know how to rebuild gum tissue, if, in fact, that's
possible.
If you have any suggestions, Andreas, I'd love to hear them.
And I'm sure there are others who are interested.
I've learned so many things worth knowing from your
books and from your forum responses. It was a very
fortunate day when you came into my life. I hope
you and Lillian are enjoying a blissful Springtime
in the Carolina countryside.
I, too, hope that Andreas has some suggestions about rebuilding gum tissue. FYI, I have just ordered a couple of tubes of toothpaste from Tropical Traditions; it contains coconut oil, among other things. The testimonial from one person regarding the improvement in the pockets in their gums prompted me to try it.
Hello Owen, it's good to see you around again. I have heard of CoQ10 being good for gum health. It is not something that I've tried myself, but may be worth looking into.
Best wishes.
Thanks for the tip. I've been using Tropical Traditions
coconut oil for about a year. I add it to my salad in
the evening, and massage it into my skin every day.
I've noticed a pleasant change in my skin. My old feet,
especially, love their nightly massage, after another
day of carrying me around.
But I didn't know coconut oi was good for the gums, too. Thanks for letting me know that.
Tropical Traditions also makes a Coconut Creme Concentrate which is absolutely delicious! I eat a
big spoonful of it every night after dinner; my
healthy dessert. Give it a try someday.
I would suggest you use Miracle II products to help with the gum issues. Brushing the teeth with their neutralizer, and taking it internally as well, 7 drops in each glass of water, washing your hair/head with miracle 2 soap, should gradually help reverse it.

Hi there,
I had receeding gums and infection so what I did healed my gums and now they're no longer receeding. Here's what I did:
1.) I purchased a "Dentek" Explorer interdental pick and started scraping just under mu gum line and on my teeth to remove plaque and boy it works like magic! my teeth had gotten so white just by doing that! Purchased @ Walmart for $4.95 Cheap! It's the metal thingy the dentist use.
2.) I purchased some oregano oil placed one or two drops on my toothbrush and brushed my teeth and gums everyday.
3.) I brush my teeth with Arm & Hammer baking soda.
I started noticing very quickly that from scraping the plaque from just under the gum line healed my receding gum line! I have had this for more than 20 years and now it looks like I never had it! The protocol above left my mouth feeling so fresh and clean and keeps my breath fresh!
Hope this helps you as it has helped me,
Take care, Robbie
At my dentists recommendation we started using the sonicare toothbrushes. They are outstanding at vibrating away the plaque that causes gum problems. We have used them as a family for about 5 years now. Our dentist now has a piece of equipment called a Cavitron which operates basically the same but is more powerful and used for periodic cleanings.
My MIL who is 76 started having gum problems and didn't want surgery etc. Her dentist advised her to use the Sonicare also and that alone has cleared up any infection and produced healthy pink gums. Hope this helps.
