Hi, all. Flush 3 was experienced as sort of rough. I did 10 oz of oo. It went down ok but I was up all night, till 6 am. Then I took my 3rd Epsom Salt concoction and slept for 2 hours and then took my fourth epsom salt drink. I slept another two hours and then drank some water, thinking it might help with the queasiness, but it seems the stomach was still full of some oil. I could feel the water the stop and about ten minutes later I was running to the toilet to vomit. I felt better after that.
I was expecting more stones, as I felt movement after drinking the olive oil. My second flush has been a huge success, and I was hoping for more stones after a ten-day MC. I did pass a lot of chaffe(sp) and probably 10 to 15 chickpea size stones, as well as some smaller ones. I am happy with that. A step in the right direction. I just felt exhausted by it all.
I did treat myself well after it all, taking the day off work and going to see the Lord of the Rings. I'm not even thinking about my next flush, though I do expect to do one in the next two or three weeks.
I have vomitted the last two flushes. Any suggestions?
Try reducing the amount of oil you ingest. I have found that while 1/2 cup is not quite enough, 1 cup is too much and can make me quite ill. My ideal amount is 3/4 cup. Your amount may be more or less than that. Start with 1/2-3/4 cup then gradually increase each flush until you get the best results with the least discomfort. I tried the one pint flush once, never, ever again will I do that to myself.

I hate when i dont sleep through the night..... one thing that works for me is to add valerian or passionflower tincture to the mix, on top of the eight ornithine.
I also chew fresh ginger before and after I drink the oil... and have some beside the bed incase i wake up and need it....
Also...make sure you dont drink any water after 2.... that makes a bg difference.... and try a little less oil..you can always do more as your body heals more.
Sounds like you had a good flush though.....
I just got back from Loard of the Rings... it was great... So much action... it was a little crazy for me at time.... (too overwhelming) but worth it in the end!( hmmm just like liver flushing..... :) :)
Thanks Hopinso, good idea and welcome advice. Also I'll be sure not to drink any fluids after 2. I think I had some tea around 3, as I think back. What to do all I can to avoid the queasiness. While the pint oo worked well for flush 2, result-wise, I didn't feel so red hot.
Better to increase the amount of lemon or grapefruit juice, not olive oil. :) The fruit juice makes the gb contract, the oil tells the liver the shoot out bile, but the liver can't do more than it can do, so more oil after a certain point is just ... oil! and undigested oil at that! LOL!
Any vomiting tells me you drank water when you werent supposed to. Not uncommon. Most of us adults think we know everything and will not follow directions even if it meant death. I've done 9 successful liver flushed the Clark method and never had a problem and flushed over 2000 stones with chaf and sand. Mark
If you ask me :-) I would say that your flush was a success. That chaff is bad news, full of toxins and bacteria etc. better out than in.
You feel very sick doing the flush when you have parasites in the liver according to Dr. Hulda Clark . If you already did a parasite cleanse there is more bad news.
Dr. Andreas Mortitz is not for parasite cleansing per se; he insists that they will come right back if your liver is congested. But he does recommend to add 20 drops of black walnut tincture (for killing parasites in the liver) to your flush mix.
When you have unwanted little critters in your liver, you can't blame them for panicking when someone is trying to forcefully evict them. They will kling to the walls of your liver ducts for dear live. For sure they will stop at nothing, not even an outright revolution.
I never feel sick flushing, I just feel the stones going down the escape route in the night. Then I worry that they may leave some nasty scratches behind; I have visions of my poor little liver bleeding to death. Of course these hallucinations only happen to me in the night when I am barely awake.
Someone mentioned ornithine and valerin root, good idea, I think.
Another thing to consider is what do you eat on flush day?
I have some dry lentils (cooked of course) for breakfast and some lemon- and some juiced vegetable with protein powder to keep me going.

The chaffe is, I agree, great to get out. It did smell pretty horrid too.
I enjoyed your images of the liver left in pain. From what I've read, the liver is amazingly resilient. It seems milk thistle is a wonderful healing agent as well.
I guess my next flush will be in early 2004. I can't say I'm overly looking forward to it, but I must say I am somewhat. I am interested in seeing the effect of being sure to drink no liquids after 2, to see if that is a factor. The first flush I'm sure I had no liquid after 2 and I didn't have the nauseau thing, so we'll see. Next flush I'll stick to 3/4 a cup of oo and see how that goes.
Giz, I appreciate all the support. I've been reading on magnetized water. A friend of mine I saw last night has really bad kidney stones, passing a lot of blood. Do you have any suggestions? I mentioned the magnetized water to her. I came across a 9.99 little magnetic stick as well as the "brick." We'll see. She seems it's worth a try.

How about colloidal silver and ozonated water for your friend to heal the damage from her kidney stones? I think that would be good. I drink about 8 oz. of silver water daily.
Also I don't think that it would hurt to point the north magnetic pulser to her kidneys to break up the stones. Mind you, I am just guessing, but I would give that a try for sure.
Celery Seed Tea is highly recommended on this site for kidney cleanse. A while back when I had some persistant pain in the kidney area I drank Celery seed trea for several days in a row. That stopped the pain, and it has not returned.
I take 1 tablesp. celery seeds and grind them in the coffee grinder. 1 Tablesp. makes about 3 cups, enough for 1 day.
Just steep the tea for 15 minutes. You might be able to get celery seeds in the spice section of the supermarket or else a health store would have it.
Dr. Hulda Clark 's recipie for a kidney cleanse is very gentle, over a period of about 3 or 6 weeks. There are several cleanses for kidneys here on curezone. Another option is to ask Dr. Andreas Moritz on his forum here.
I don't think that mainstream med. has anything worthwile to offer when is comes to kidney stones.
Drinking fluits after 2 pm on flush day works ok for me, but then everybody is different.
There is a Science professor on the net who insists that water cannot be magnetized at all. I read from others that that is true only of distilled and reverse osmosis water. I cannot say that I am owed by college professor.
I am willing to give this a chance. Magnetized water is said to improve the taste noticibly. There is a considerable difference in strength of the magnet gauss. 3000 gauss is said to be neccessary to magnetize water.
3000 is said to be the gauss of the magnetic ceramic block, but there is also the question of the surface magnet gauss as well as the internal magnet gauss. I will check this out with this outfit.

My ozonator is really loud. I was just thinking tonight that I may start ozonating the water in the back room. This is the first night it seemed to bother me. When someone calls, I can barely hear them if they are speaking lightly. On a scale of 1 to 10, with ten the worst, I would say an 8. I'm interested in how the other one is.
I'm loving the ozonated water and baths though. I have been reading more of Ed McCabe's Flood Your Body with Oxygen. I am definitely an oxygen therapy enthusiast now and am enjoying experimenting with it. I am doing about 12 cups a day of it, figuring I would try to match some of the effects of ozone IV therapy. I often ozonate a liter of water and drink 2 to 2 1/2 glasses of it. I am feeling good. One day I took it to the edge of a very noticable detox, but now my body seems more adapted to it. I usually start the day with some ozonated water.
I'm going to start keeping a diary to daily monitor how things seem to be going.

You have convinced me again - to wait until Sota is done with retrofitting their ozone generator noice level. A few more weeks they say on their web site until they are ready for shipping. Sounds almost like there is a truck coming through when you have your generator going. I want to be using mine for a very long time, so I'll wait till they are done at Sotas'.
I got my magnetic pulser today, finally. It was held up at the Purolator depot. It was shipped by Priority Post and ended up at a subcontrator.
There is a little booklet with it that says it can be used for 2 twenty minute periods daily. Also, get this, it says that you can magnetize water with it. You put the padle near it with the north pole end facing a quart of water for a minimum of twenty minutes. How do you like that!
I placed a plastic one-gallon jug right on the padle with north facing the jug for two times twenty minutes. The water
is said to taste different, but not to me. To me water is water no matter what.
I don't know if there is a limit as to how much magnetized water a person can take in one day; I'll need to check that out. The magnetized water is only good for 48 hours maxs, but its not a problem to make more every day.
This should be interesting. I magnetized my headaches today, but no change as yet. :-) It takes time I know. I will be working on my lymph sytem, true to Dr. Beck. I am also using my Beck zapper for two hours daily. So far I can now eat carbohydrates again without too much trouble. Carbs still make the headaches worse, but not nearly as much as before. And I don't get bloated from carbs any more . . . . all those hours with the elctrodes strapped to my wrist.

The one thing I did read about magnetized water is to be sure to supplement with minerals, because, it seems, the magnetized water can move a lot of minerals and other things (toxins, ect) on. But it sounds great, and it is very nifty that the magnetic pulser magnetizes water as well.
Glad to hear the carbs are getting better. That must feel like quite a constraints. If I think of anything regarding headaches, I'll pass it on, but it certainly seems you are up on about every modality possible.
Yesterday I found myself giving serious thought to taking reiki training. I am hoping to go to Nepal and Tibet this summer for about 5-6 weeks. Some friends of mine in India have a meditation retreat center, and they are planning a trek and intensive silent retreat around Mt. Kailash, the holy mountain of western Tibet. We'll see. But I am thinking of taking reiki training in Kathmandu, or maybe I'll just take a course around here. Last year I was in India for seven months, and I find myself greatly drawn to return. Talk about magnetism.

I am wondering if you have the h202 aloe gel recipe available. I am interested in making some and I have the gel and the h202. I'll buy the glycerin today. A question re: the gel. Do you use the kind from the tub or the more watery stuff you can drink as well. I have both. It seems like I could use the more watery stuff and add more glycerin.

All in all I can't say that I am progressing healthwise in any way. Maybe this is part of the healing crises.
I am using the Magnetic Pulser about 4 times a day and the bioelectrifier 2 - 3 hours daily. And of course I drink a quart of magnetized water daily too. I have stopped the silver water for now, my headaches have been increasing too much for now. I'll give myself a few more months before I can make a realistic justment about all these protocols.
I have sent for the WOZ4 Sota water ozonator (noisy or not)to another company (Sota's revised ozonator won't be ready for another 2 months) and the Harmonic Pulser they should be arriving next week some time. That should be interesting.
I did # 40 last week with some interesting results. There was about 1 Tablesp. of small and medium stones and three times yellow liquid, that should mean something. I'll give myself about 2 or 3 weeks for # 41.
Have you decided on taking Reiki training? That silend treck into Tibet sounds absolutely amazing; that would be an experience of a lifetime for sure.
If you are still having rashes it could have to do with the liver. I have read on curezone that some people have cured their rashes with flushing.
Here is the 3% Peroxy Gel:
1 1/2 cups of aloe very gelly and 1/3 cup glycerin and 3 Tablesp. of 35% H202, mix and store in fridge. To make it stronger add another tablesp. of H202. This formula really worked amazingly well for my electrode rashes. The gel is better because it sticks better to the skin.

great to hear from you. I sort of feel the same as far as health goes. I was really banking on ozonated water being the total ticket, and while I fully believe in it for cleansing and vitality, some of these patterns just seem deep-rooted. I am going to start using the pulser again. I have to send away for the cotton things to cover the electrodes. Any suggestions. I have one cover, and I guess I could use the aloe gel, too. I do feel better overall, but I am accepting it may take a while.
I have saved my old curezone emails, so I found your gel recipe yesterday and made a batch. I am very pleased and hopeful about it, for the ringworm is what is most frustrating. Thank you. And the amazing thing is how cheap all of this turns out to be compared to buying products from health food stores. I'm going to make some for my friend's psoriasis, or whatever it is when you have intense scaling on the legs. He is looking forward to it.
Hope the ozonator works well for you. I love the ozonated baths. Mine broke two weeks ago. it fell out of my backpack when I was walking to work. A friend and I rigged it. A little piece where the ozonated air comes out had broken. We found a fish-tank valve that worked but it melted when the ozonator ran too long. So now, with the second fix, I run it just long enough to ozonated some drinking water. (by the way the Ed McCabe book is fascinating, Flood Your Body with Oxygen. Another neat thing is one of my friends is trying to curtail his drinking, and I had read about L-glutamine. I got him some of that, and it totally stops the cravings, even in the midst of drinking when they are often strongest. Pretty cool.)
I plan on getting the wz04 eventually and if it were out I would have. I think toolsforhealing mentioned they were getting a few in every day. This ozonator, the Portazone, is actually 6-years-old. I contacted the company and they are sending me a new piece to fix it, and the man I spoke to could tell I was dealing with an old one. My friend Mike, quite a whiz with repair, wants to make one for me, but I think I'll go with the wz04. I'd love to hear how the weight seems, how easy and sturdy it seems for travel.
Tibet looks like it is on-hold. The tour was going to be another $1300. Last year I was in India for 7 months and the whole trip cost around $3000. This six-week trip would have cost that much. I feel relieved to let go of plans and just allow things to unfold. I'm heading out to Sedona next month for a conference on Sacred Geometry, so some adventures surely lie ahead.

I have also been experimenting making my own sauerkraut (just cabbage and ginger, no salt--like the Body Ecology Diet) and I think I have found a source for raw goat's milk. I plan to make kefir. Trying to "flood my body with probiotics." Cultured veggies, like unprocessed sauerkraut, are teeming with the "good guys." I was very pleased with my last batch. tomorrow night I am going out to my friend's restaurant to make a 5-gallon bucket of the stuff.

I don't know what you mean when you say that you have to send away for the cotton things for the electrodes. Are you not talking about the magnetic pulser?
I have the Sota magnetic pulser and it has a paddle with a handle and it does not require anything; and besides it does not have electrodes. You must be talking about the bioelectrifier or zapper or Silver Pulser.
The bioelectrifier I have was made be Wayne Greene, he was a close friend of Bob Beck. My unit looks a little unceremoneous. It has 2 electrodes that have a little cloth wound around it; looks very home-made. The cloth is tied down with sowing string, but it works.
You can just cut out a little peace of cotton cloth, maybe some old undershirt that says '100% cotton' on it and wind the cotton 3 times around the electrodes and wind some sowing thread around it. Bob Beck said to wind the cloth 3 times.
Very interesting what you said about L-Glutamine and your friend. If only people knew that. The BT7 Braintuner stops addictions of all kinds too. It is on my wishlist for next month. I don't have an addiction problem, except for food. :-)
The BT7 defrags your brain to bring your excellent old time memory back. It also helps with headaches and keeps you in a relaxed mode; 20 minutes a day is all it takes.
The other thing on my Frebruary withlist is the Silver Pulser. It does the same as my Bioelectrifier and more. I want to use them both at the same time. Some people on curezone are doing that with good results.
I think we all need to use the Magnetic Pulser and the Bioelectrifier and the Ozonator and the silver water every day. There is just away too much crap in the air and the water and the food no matter how careful you're to avoid pollutants.
I understand that rigworm is a fungus; for sure the Peroxy Gel is going to be just right for it. The more often to put it on the better. My electrode rashes always healed visibly. I would put the Magnetic Pulser right on the ringworm, it can't hurt.
We do need to be very careful with our electronic gizmos to avoid dropping them. I have a nice case that came with the Magentic Pulser and I am keeping my little 'black box' in a case I found too.
My Harmonic Pulser and Water Ozonator should be here be the end of next week anyway. I don't use credit cards so I wired the money, it cost and extra $15 bucks. I am so much looking forward to these gizmos.

On the Portazone website (" Hulda Clark ozonator" will bring it up too), they suggest running the ozonator in the water for 15 minutes. I have run it for upwards of 20 minutes. You may smell some ozone rising above the water, but it should be a small enough amount not to bother you.
How do you like the wz04? How much does it weight? Would it be easy to travel with?
I look forward to hearing how you like the ozonated water. I usually start my day with 16 oz., to get the body kicking.

I only got the ozonator yesterday. I haven't drunk the water yet. I think that I need to go slow because of die-off. I suspect that I am a walking critter farm. :-)
I suspect that that is what my ongoing headaches are about. Dr. Hulda Clark says that headaches and migraines are a matter of ascari and other little beasties. Eventuelly they will all have to bite the dust with all this pulsing and zapping.
By the way I got a Radio Shak recharger for the 9 volt batteries. But the batteries only last about 2 hours of steady running.
I do not feel energized from the ozonated bath. Maybe its because I took it too warm. Besides I read that cold, iced water holds the ozone best. I will have 8 oz. of ozone water when my stomach is empty before dinner. Also I have been having some fruit and I think that is still bad news for me. Carbs make me more tired and heachachy.
Tommorrow is #41, I'll be using ozone water for my coffee enema. That ought to be very good.
This little unit weighs less than 2 pounds on my bathroom scale. It is 8 by 6 1/4 by 2 1/2 inches. I think all this fuss about noise is much ado about nothing. Initially the new unit should run for one hour before using. I had it running in the same room as the TV and I forgot about the ozonator it. I think it makes less noise than a razor, just a steady low level hum like the bathroom fan.
By the way how is it with your ring-worm? Did the Peroxy Gel help? In time zapping should take care of it too and of course the ozone water.

Sorry I've been out of touch for a while. You've been in my thoughts and I'm wondering how things are going. the peroxide aloe gel is great, but adding to to my hair, where some of the ringworm buggers are, managed to really bleach my hair a lot, so I was a bit frustrated by that, feeling I finally had a way out but then felt it was somewhat blocked.
My ozonator just broke, so I am considering buying the one you have. What do you think of it? How are the results? Are you taking baths with it?

I am sorry to hear about your ringworm mishap. I understand that ringworm is caused by a fungi. That means that you need to work on it from the inside, the Bob Beck Protocol is the way to go.
Are you zapping and drinking silver water?
You can get a do-it-yourself hair dye in a health store that works really well, I use it all the time, I don't like grey too much. :-) I just put the liquid on for about 30 minutes and wash it out, that't it! Just a thought if you are interested.
With all the bragging I have been doing about my pyroxide gel it is doubly ironic that it doesn't work for me at all with my new Sota Silver Pulser. The rash is so bad it takes 2 weeks to heal and with my gel it takes even longer. I have tried a hypoallergenic electro gel - nothing work, nothing at all.
I have sent for the Terminator which can be applied to any part of the body. It is said to have some Rife technology features as well. I have been reading very good evaluations on it on curezone.
I use the Magnetic Pulser about 2 hours in total every day, I drink about 1/2 cup of silver water (my headaches were very bad before I evern started with Beck - this is a 48year headache I am talking about) So any dead bugs in my system always aggravate the headaches enormously. I just have to take a little longer with my cures.
My energy level has not improved so far, but what's the hurry :-) after all this time, I can wait a little longer.
Two of my previous symptoms have cleared up though. I used to be covered with bruises on my arms and legs, so that I could count about a dozen at any given time, not knowing where they came from of course. Finally, after several decades of that all bruising
has stopped.
The other improvement is that my recurring cold sores on my lip are gone and I have not had one since last October. I used to get these cold sore several times a year and they would last from 1 to 2 months. This proves Beck's theory that the Magnetic Pulser neutralizes the bad guys hiding in the lymph system. Sold sore are a herpis virus.
Im STILL not finished flusing. #46 was amazing, there were about 2 cups of yellow slimy wide ropes that came through. Andreas Moritz said when the ropes come out its getting very near the end.
#47 was a little disappointing there was only some old bile and about ten medium stones.
After #47 I could feel that there was more in my upper back but I think that may have been there longer than the other stuff.
I have read good reports on Gold Coin Grass on curezone for breaking up stones and moving them out.
I didn't want to send for the tincture from sensiblehealth because I just didn't want to spend waiting time. Instead I went to a herbal store here (Vancouver, BC) where there was a Chinese women and she told me to get it in Chinatown, she even wrote it down for me in Chinese.
Having the Chinese note really helped, the Chinese women in the store gave me a huge bag of dried leaves, about 2 pounds for 4 dollars and she got somebody there to interprete to me to tell me what to do. They knew right away that it was for breaking up stones, they said that it was good for kidney stones too.
I was told to divide this huge bag into 8 parts, wash it well and then take 1 part with 6 cups of water, boil it down to 2 cups and drink 1 cup a day for a total of 16 days. I am on day 4. I think this is going to be good. In 2 weeks time I will be doing #48. That will make a 3 week break since #47.
I am very happy with my Sota ozonator. It takes about 4 minutes for 8 oz. of water. I drink between 1 and 2 quarts a day. This unit makes a little over 200mg of ozone per hour, which is about double from the one you have. It's $275 bucks well spent.
I did 2 ozone baths, but felt no change. I was told by Russ Torlage at Sota that that was not a good idea because the ozone does not hold in warm water. Ozone only holds in cold water, iced water is best. One thing I will not do is bathe in cold water. :-)
Russ advised against using it in the tub. He said that it was not designed for that purpose.
I just thought that you could wash your hair with colloidal silver to sterilize the ringworm as much as possilbe.
