I am in pain, what can I do now/? by  bjmullis  9 year  1,627  Liver Flush Support Ihave gallbladder flare ups every so ofter, the last on a year ago. But 5 days ago it started and I thought it would be done by now, but last night I was in so much pain Ihad to go to bed at 9 with tylenol pm to help me sleep, I have a doc appt at 10:15 to hopefully get some pain meds,, I want to try flushing but an afraid,, what about the 5 day flush,, is there anything easy to do, I was going to try to find some stone free at a health food store or can you only get in on the internet?? any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks Add To Favorites! When I have a bout with pain, I drink a heaping teaspoon of epson salts in a glass of water. It opens the ducts and takes care of the pain within an hour. It's also a call to do a flush. I did the Hulda Clark flush yesterday after an attack on Saturday. I got out tons of stuff, none of which should have been there. I feel 100% better now. When I get frequent heartburn, I know it's time for a flush. I should be doing it every 2 weeks to completely clean up things, but so far I haven't. Just every few months. good luck. You also should start with a Liver Flush right away. And do it every 2 weeks till you don't see anymore stones. I assume when you did the flush before you probably did not keep going. It takes time.
