Dr. Cowens Protocol? Cumanda and Samento by  momma4  8 year  1,874  Lyme ("Lime") What I am wondering if anyone has tried or is on this protocol. I just began it two weeks ago. I am using the Cumanda first until I work up to 20 drops twice daily. Then I am to begin the Samento. What I am not sure of is how much Samento to start out with? Does anyone know? Cumanda and Samento by  momma4  8 year  2,219 Sorry to be so long in responding. Cumanda is a Peruvian herb that is sold through Nutramedix. It is part of a protocol that Dr. William L. Cowden has placed on the Samento website. You can learn more about it on the Nutramedix website. I have also started another Peruvian herb called Quina that Dr. Cowden has added to his protocol. I noticed a fairly good improvement in how I was feeling a couple of weeks or so after starting the Cumanda. I have only been on the Quina for about a week. Vicki Add To Favorites!
