Hernia by  yescureme  9 year  996  Body Odor I ve been having rectun smell and anal odor for a few years now .im wonderin if i have hernia and thts the cause of the rectum smell. I have a bulge in the V of the groin.but its not on the groin.Im stating the coordinates here since i dont know how to decribe it. extend the V of the groin until it meets the line which is coming from the center of the leg.Its close to the the hip bone. i dunno whether its muscle or a bulge.The bulge is small but spread over an 1/2inch radius. when i run my hands over it i can feel it. Also i have to stand straight up completely errect to feel it.Thers no sign of the bulge when even when i am bend over a little. So im thinkin maybe its a muscle and i want to make sure before i tell anybody. Can anybody help me out?Check ur own body and tell me whether theres a bulge in that place?I wanna know if what i have is normal or its a bulge? Everybody please try to help? Good bye.take care. I can feel the break (tare) in the abdominal wall that allows my intestine to protrude. Some people can have a hernia on both right and left sides (double hernia). It sometimes happens that the intestine (while protuding beyond the abdominal wall, BULGING) will get caught, or pinched, by the abdominal muscle while engaged in some kind of muscular or stressful activity and cause intestinal blockage with severe pain (very serious if left to remain pinched, hence the pain). Lie down, relax your muscles, and push your intestine back in (I don't know if it would work the same with a double hernia (I'm not sure I understand your description very well, but I would imagine that even a double hernia would not go lower than the scrotum). From your description, you might have an ENLARGED PROSTATE (causes uneven and interrupted urination), which is most common over the age of forty. If you've ever had a PSA test (I forget what that stands for), I recently read that they are only 20% accurate at best (doctors will tell you differently because PSA tests, just like 98% of everything else doctors do, keeps them in business and puts the food on the table). Just like everything else known to mankind, there are herbal remedies for Prostate problems (starting with Saw Palmetto) that will not be detrimental to your body or make you a medical industry slave for the rest of your life. I never noticed ANY digestive problems with my hernia. It would probably be wise to do exercises (whether or not it's a double hernia) to strengthen the groin (called KEGELS, using your muscles to squeeze the top of the butt together, but you could probably also do alot for your intestine just by improving your digestion (drinking the proper amount of water for your body weight, proper nutrition and probiotics). Ideally going to the bathroom 3 times a day, or at least once a day, would be the result of proper digestion. As far as I remember, there is a hernia forum here at Curezone. Add To Favorites!
