Dear Bob I have read your story of chronic fatigue with interest, I also suffer from this and have for about three years. I need your help as I have tried to find the cayenne you talk about , I have located Dr Christophers but it is in capsules, is this o.k to use? and also if so how much shoul I be taking on a daily basis. Should I check my temperature first as well.
Also as for the use of cortisone, would you get it on prescription first from a doctor or would you go straight on to licorice also how much shoul I take. I have heard and read an articlr by a Dr Baschetti in Italy who cured himself of this illness using licorice but he took it in milk as the sodium in this concentrates the dose x 30 but I am scared of doing this on my own. Also could you tell me how much you believe doing the liver cleanses helped you and how many you did, I am realising its now up to me to heal myself but it sure can be hard going at times and scarey. I appreciate any help you could offer me and really enjoyed reading about your recovery it gave me hope which is so important when dealing with this. P.s. I am based in England. regards Lynn
No - don't take the capsules, they are like bombs to the gut! IF need be - open them and take a bit that way. OR make your own - get some habanero and extract them in vodka!

Yep, tomorrow a.m. keep a shaken down thermometer by your bed. As soon as you wake up - stick it under your arm. Keep for 10 minutes and record the temp. As a woman your cycle effects temp so you will get a better idea by doing this for 10 days in a row.
Liver cleanse was the final piece of the puzzle for me. Hot cold showers the best tool!
I know your questions were meant for Bob, but he never answered your question about the cayenne and where to get it on the Dr.Christopher's formulas site. Scroll down to Liquids and click on extracts. Then, scroll down to Cayenne extract 200,000. I use it and find it is much easier on the stomach than the capsules. I started with one drop three times a day and have worked up to 3 drops 3 times a day without any problems. I have no idea what dosage I'm supposed to work up to, I quess I will have to ask Bob about that one. The liver cleanse if sooooo beneficial, and after only two liver cleanse so far I have so much more energy, and I still have a number more cleanses yet to do. Woo-hoo!

Absolutely on the mark - one drop in a swisher or water and work up. I worked up to 50 but didn't really feel any difference in effects at 50 than I did at 15. So I take 15 3-4x day. The last dose is 10 minutes before dinner, mixed with my apple cider vinegar.
I buy licorice root from Pacific Botanicals or from my local Health Food Store and make tea from it. Start with one glass in the a.m, and moved up to 3 cups (more when under stress). I currently do not feel the need to have licorice myself daily
