Hi everybody, I wanted to learn yoga and have a studio in my town. That what they wrote about it: ....The emphasis will primary be "kripalu Yoga" with integration of Iyenagar, Sivananda, integral, astanga and Power Yoga.
What is that mean?
It sounds to me like they're throwing words out there in order to attract a broader array of students. My advice, go there try a class and see if it feels "right" to you. Trust your own judgement.
It most likely is a Hatha yoga class, which should be lovely!
Thanks for you reply. I have a problems with with blood circulations, anxiety and other similar things. I used to learn yoga very long ago, when it was restricted in the country I grew up. I decide to join the classes anyway, because we don't have many choices around. Will see. Sorry for anonymous name.
Glad you liked the yoga! I think it sounds like Hatha. Hatha has been called the mother of all yoga. I believe the basic moves in hatha are found throughout many other types of yoga.
