I suppose i'm a ver toxic individual because just about everything i try that's good for me i have a very severe reaction to it. Either i'm having die off or i'm allergic to it. I just started a herbal colon cleanse because i only go about every 5 to 7 days. I know that's bad. I've also had several colonics and i'm still have a problem with constipation. I'll try the colon cleanse for a month to 6 weeks and will also do enemas.
My question is that i'm TOTALLY afraid of die off. I took bioxy cleanse a while back, appx. 1/2 teaspoon and i was sick for 2 days. I missed work and had horrible flu like symptoms. I've never heard of anyone reacting to a magnesium oxygen supplement like this. When i've tried other products for candida i've gotten really bad headaches that increased daily even at low dosages. I tried 1/4 a packet of three lac and i got a headache and really tired, and then i gave up on it! It wasn't a horrible headache and it seemed to pass but i feel that if i take it daily it's going to get worse and worse. I feel very discouraged and like giving up! Even a pinch of dried Barley for a few days gave me the worst headache!
My thoughts are that i need to get the bowels moving a few times a day and that might help. My diet is really good right now but i'm afraid that if i don't start to feel better i may just give up!
I need your encouragement and advice! What should i do? How should i do it?
I think you're on the right track- getting the bowels moving regularly should be #1 priority. No anti-candida supplements can help you if you can't get rid of the toxins as they die.
I know its severe but I'd go with a totally raw diet for awhile. It's amazing how much better I feel since starting this. I am also taking 3LAC and still having die off after 3 weeks but it has become much better. The raw diet and colonics are the only thing that kept me on it- otherwise the constipation was too much.
Yes! Raw foods are great - they have the enzymes needed for digestion built into them. If you eat some cooked food, I recommend using a good enzyme supplement. I've had good results with constipation and enzymes.
Have you looked into Dr. Schulze 's bowel cleanse? It uses some herbal laxatives to get things started. I've used these in the past with cleanses, maybe I didn't cleanse long enough, but I wasn't able to maintain the regularily once off of the products. With just enzymes, I don't need anything else.
g is right. The reason your having problems is because your stomach is not producing the acids and enzymes to break down your food. A veggie diet will remedy this as will more enzymes supplements. Another thing you could do is puree your food for awhile to help keep things flowing. One thing I notice is if I do a probiotic at night in the morning all it takes to get me flowing is a couple cups of coffee. For you you could drink 100% fruit juice or veggie juice. If you can tolerate it. Two things that keep you constapated is not enough liguids and not enough fiber in your diet. Eat some black beans or and get some pills for constapation. Another thing that could work for you is to do a wheatgrass colonic.. Also do some wheatgrass drinks or green drinks from Trader Joes or your health food store. You could get some spurilna or even take some spoons of melted virgin coconut oil from the health food store. Coconut oil kills candida and also keeps you loose.

My own experience: I found the most helpful was using a good probiotic such as Primal Defence and EXERCISE! If you're the kind of person that's sitting down more than not, then your body is likely not getting proper movement to keep your body working as well as it could plus your spine could likely be out of shape (nerves get pinched/attenuated) .
After several worrying symptoms I got a chiropractor to diagnose my spine (I had several distortions which needed to be fixed up). Along with this I discovered that a daily regiment of streches are what really did the trick. This got the blood flow where it was needed (abdominal/digestion)and kept everything properly moving. Consult a good yoga instructor for specific exercises for digestions etc.
Several foods are detrimental; coffee (my gums shrink), sugar, frozen treats. Things that help the most are lots of green Romain lettus, carrots, cucumber etc. Check into food combining rules.
Hope this helps some, I still have more work to do but this helped me so far..
