This has been going on, for it seems like a year. Everytime we hang out and do something, he says hes always tired. Everynight he gets no less than 10 hours of sleep, its not like he has a hard job, he works at a video store. He never wants to go out and do stuff togther, just wants to watch movies all the time. I mean thats ok, but not all the flippn time. If I do convince him to go out and do something, he acts like its the worse thing in the world and just rather be inside, where theres no effort to put in. Im so "tired" of him being tired. Why is he like this?
Would he consider comming to this forum to discuss it. He needs to want to change. No matter how much you want to change him, it has to come from hime. It could be anything from toxicity or lack of exercise to something psychological and anything in between.
Very good answer from Lapis, because there are so many things that can cause tiredness. For me, I believe it is a thyroid problem. For your boyfriend, it could be something very simple for example perhaps simply lack of motivation. But ask yourself a few questions to help you determine what it is. Has he been like this since you met him? Or, since you've known him has be been very active and then just suddenly became inactive and unmotivated? If he's always been this way since you've met him then I'd possibly consider something psychological. Perhaps he is just an unmotivated person, and is quite content with his present situation. You'll have to talk to him about it and try to determine what the situation is. If it is something lacking, diet, toxicity, smoking, alcohol, exercise etc. These can all easily be addressed and improvements can be made by better diet, cleansing etc.
Hope everything works out for the both of you.....
Keep healthy and God Bless....

All of the suggested causes are possible and one or any combination are likely correct. The point is that some of
his bodily systems are not functioning correctly. I have a very
powerful solution to that but as one poster said, he must want to do something for himself.
I have posted a link that will explain all you need to now.
