I have read your book and somewhat understand the function of the lymphatic system and its relationship to the liver/gb congestion. Every time I do a liver/gb flush, almost immediately afterwords the lymph nodes on the right side of my neck and under my right arm get swollen and sore. I also get really low energy,weak muscles, and feel like a cold is coming on. Why is this happening? Is it because it is clearing more stuff out than my body is able to handle?
I do regular dry skin brushing, eat a pretty clean diet and exercise regularly - so it baffles me why my lymphatic system is still not in order. I have done 9 flushes so far and passed almost 2000 stones. Any thoughts on this issue and things I could do to further help my lymphatic system would be greatly appreciated.
Also, my tonsils just on the right side are shrunken and have a couple of small white pussy spots on them. I had strep throat numerous times in my younger days - and of course, was given massive doses of antibiotics.
Do you think the cleansing I am doing is bringing out suppressed strep virus? Is there something I should do about it?

The puss formed in your tonsils indicates waste matter from your lower intestines is backing up and dumping some of it in the throat area. Their (tonsils') congestions holds back dead cell material and bacteria (=puss). The tonsils, which are the key blood cleansing organs for the head area try to excrete these things, hence the white spots. You learn to move your tongue into the tonsils and remove the puss that has come to the surface.
The past infections merely show that the same problem was there when you were younger.

I was wondering if there is a way to naturally reduse size of the tonsils and adenoids, cleansing, of the limph sistem? Do you know any books that might help.

Appearantly, when your liver releases its toxins during the cleanses, some of them end up in the blood until they are broken down and removed by the lymphatic system.
