I have a question. I am a small female and have trouble having sex on top. All goes well, but then I can't get the leverage to move up and down or something. Anybody heard of this before or have any suggestions? I've tried pillows under my knees, but that hasn't really helped. I feel like this shouldn't be so difficult, and from what I hear woman on top sex is something I don't want to miss. I appreciate all suggestions.
I too am small & what I have found is that it works better for me to actually squat... get on top & instead of being on your knees squat up & down. You can go slow, fast, easy or more aggressive. Have your partner put his hands on your waist for a little support... plus he can guide you as to how he'd like it to go (little faster or harder, you get the picture). Or you may want to try being on one knee & on one foot (you get a little more leverage without tiring as quickly as squating)... sounds a little strange but if your partner will tilt slightly to the side you are on your knee it works beautifully... I like to put my hand on/under his hip (on the side I am on foot) and kind of guide him as to how much motion I want him to make or how much tilt I want... trust me, it works & is a cool change (we try lots of stuff) Also if you are on your knees try tilting your pelvis at different angles... sometimes that can make a difference..and like Andrew said you may just want to let him be in control until you feel comfortable.

Thanks! I have tried the squatting position and that does work well, but as you mentioned it can get a bit tiring. I'll have to try the one knee one foot position though. That sounds perfect and with hand on hip.... Thanks again.

Lisa, you may want to try not using a full range of up and down motion. Rather, just sit on top of him and just kinda use move your hips in a back and forth movement. While doing that you can try to feel for the g-spot. And once you find it, I'm sure you'll like the method. Another thing you may want to try. Face away from him. That way your knees will touch the bed a little easier. Especially, if your man happens to be a big person.
How about a chair or sofa... or better yet- a rocking chair (like a recliner that rocks or a glider)-- you gain momentum and your knees fit between the arm and his thigh giving you more leverage
