I haven't done any cleanses but I am having gall stones come out in my bowel movements. Does anyone know why this could be happening? maybe cause I have alot of them or something?
Spontaneous liver flushing! They should take a sworn deposition from you! :) Cases like this are great arguments against the opinion that the stones we flush consist merely of the olive oil and Epsom Salt we use to force them out. What do your stones look like? What led you to you determine that they are gallstones?
My speculation as to the reason you are passing Gallstones spontaneously would be the same as yours, and scarcely more informaed, so I'll leave attempting to answer your question to others.
I had been researching gall stones and had seem some pics.. which almost made me more nauseous than I already have been. To me they look like corn. At first thats what I thought they were because corn had come into full swing and I love it.
But as an experiment I have stopped each corn and in my morning movement there is still yellowish cornlike 'chunks' (for lack of a better word)
When I was first diagnosed I saw the ultrasound and it was pretty full. That is more than 6 months ago. My best guess is that my gall bladder became to full and started extracting them itself. Not sure tho!
I've had Gallstones (green waxy balls) come out when I've done an enema and haven't had grapefruit, epsom or olive oil for weeks. That confirmed it for me. There was also a post a long time ago of someone's husband who had a whole lot come out after a very fatty Italian meal. I think it's what you said, that your GB is so full it is spontaneously pushing them out. But the ones that float are not usually the ones that show up in ultrasound. So don't get a follow up ultrasound until you've done lots of flushing and feel confident that the calcified ones have come out. (otherwise you'll be disappointed like I was!)
Have you recently taken a lot of magnesium tablets? I thought that I had Gallstones come out on non-flush days from taking magnesium. Many studies show that the vast majority of Americans do NOT get adequate magnesium.
You may read info on this at WWW.coldcure.com . At the site scroll way down until you get to the section called magnesium and depression. Let us know what else is happening with you !
