Subject: [gallstones] Success Story
I just wanted to post another success story. I am a 33 year old male. I started having attacks back in August, while on a vacation in Niagara Falls after a heavy meal. I had lost about 25 pounds over the spring and summer and I had cutback on eating almost any fat through most of June and July. I thought at the time I ate something that was bad and had an episode of food poisoning. A couple months later I had another attack early in the morning right after consuming a bowl of cereal with milk. Once again I attributed it to something I ate and I was ready to get the cereal tested for poison or something along those lines due to the severity of the pain and the fact that it subsided after I had vomited . My grandparents, mother and uncle all had their gallbladders removed later in life, but I never thought of myself being afflicted at my age. My mom suggested it might be a gallbladder attack based on the
description of the pain. I continued with attacks for about one week straight. I could not even eat any dairy or other fatty foods at all without suffering for a couple hours with dull pain with occasional sharp pains.
I had mentioned my symptoms to a friends father at our church who had had severe gallbladder attacks two years ago and was diagnosed with a gallbladder problem that would probably require surgery. He did the olive oil and lemon juice flush. I started researching the flush since he was not sure of the exact recipe he had used. I found the following link:
I decided to give this recipe a try. I didn't do any apple juice prep since at that point I was having attacks daily and I had already been diagnosed by my physician with a gallbladder problem after several days of continuous discomfort. I didn´t want to wait any longer.
I fasted the next day and tried to get down the 16 oz of olive oil and 8 oz of lemon juice. I managed to get down about ¾ of it over an hour and a half and I couldn't bear no more and fell asleep on my right side. I could feel my gallbladder area surging and I knew something was going on. I finally managed to fall asleep and managed to get through until morning. I didn't pass any visible stones, not that I checked all that thoroughly, but I did pass a very greenish stool and I felt pretty good.
By 12 noon I felt pretty good and actually got out of the house. My three year old had to go to the doctor for some tests which thankfully turned out negative that afternoon. My wife decided to treat her to ice cream at Friendly´s that afternoon. I decided I would try to eat a little. I felt decent and decided to do a test. I ordered a great big
cheese burger and a large chocolate milk shake. Prior to the flush for over a week, even the slightest fat consumption and I was keeled over in pain, I figured if I got through this meal okay, then I was cured.
I'm happy to say that I have not had any pain now for the last month and a half since I did the flush.
I recently went for an abdominal ultrasound and I was diagnosed with an empty healthy gallbladder.
The ultrasound technician had had her gallbladder out and mentioned that she wish she had known about the flush as well before taking to the knife.
I plan to do a flush every year as preventive maintenance since this tends to run in my family. My mom was amazed with the success and wished she had known of this before she had surgery five years ago. It seams that this recipe was more extreme than others I have read about on
the internet in regards to quantity of oil and lemon juice, but I figured the more you get down, the more work it will do. I hope others can benefit from the flush. I figure what have you got to lose. Your only taking in natural items, it´s not like your drinking gasoline or something toxic.
Dear David
I was diagnosed with a haitus hernia about 8 years ago but i suspect the deep dull pain i get between my shoulder blades in the middle of my back might be caused by gallstones.I often feel nauseous and bloated. Were these your symptoms.I've never read anything regarding Haitus hernia where there is pain in the back.
thanks for any help

Subject: [gallstones] Finally got them out
I am a 23 year old guy that recently spent two days
hospitalized because my pain in the liver area had
gotten worse and I also often woke up dizzy and in
pain in the mornings.
I have also constantly during the past 5 months had
back and neck pain and a very strange pain
in my right arm. My mother found a recipe in some
old natural medicine book for gallstone flushing and
I immediately said I did not want to try it and
that I don't believe in that kind of natural medicine
stuff.
Surfing the web some day later I found this
recipe with olive oil and lemon juice so I decided
to try it but since we don't have Epsom Salts here
in Sweden I used fresh apple juice instead.
I drank the olive oil/lemon juice the night before I
went to the hospital and thought that if any gallstones
will come out I want the doctor to take a look at them.
The next day when I was in the hospital I went to the
bathroom in the morning but there were no gallstones
in the stool so my immediate reaction was that it didn't
work and I thought that I did not have any stones and that
the method must be some kind of hoax.
In the evening,
when I was lying in the hospital bed I felt some pressure and
pain from the lower art of my stomach so I went to the toilet
and I was shocked when I saw my stool, there was about 200 Gallstones in my stool, all floating at the surface of the water.
My first reaction was to ask the nurse to come in and take a look
but I realized it would have been rather sick to ask someone to
look at your stool so I took a plastic cup and collected about 15
gallstones from the stool, the largest stone was about 2.5 cm in size.
The next morning when the doctors had their morning round and
they came in to my room I showed them the stones and immediately
one of them(who was a professor in medicine) said that it was
impossible so I got rather upset and asked them to send the gallstones
to their lab for an analyzes and they said I was ridiculous and
the professor said ironically to me that it was a medical sensation
and that maybe I should call the press, at that point I was very upset
and told him that with that attitude maybe he shouldn't be practicing
medicine. They left my room after deciding to give me a CT-scan
and a coloscopy. Later during the day one of the doctors that had
been in my room that morning came up to me and said that they had agreed
to send the gallstones for analyzes. During that day I had the CT-scan
and the coloscopy without any results so I was released from the hospital
and am now waiting for a letter from the hospital about the
gallstone - analyzes.
It will be very interesting to see what their next
move will be in my case, if they will ignore me after sending me the
results from the gallstone -analyzes or if they will follow my case up and
make some changes in their system.
I am now waiting one more week to do my second flush because I still
have some back-pain and pain from the liver area, but my pains are nothing
compared to what they used to be before the first flush.
I am spreading the word about this to my friends and relatives and now
everybody want to try this flushing thing, I really hope that finally
there will be a mass of people that have done this flush and that can put
some pressure on the hospital bureaucracy to make some changes in their
narrow-minded system.

Subject: To Kelly Re: Digest Number 132
The gallstone cleanse is not harmful unless you have kidney problems of
some kind because the kidneys have to take a pretty heavy load during the
cleanse, it is wisely to do the kidney cleanse before the gallstone
cleanse. Also remember that after several flushes you will no longer get
stones from the gallbladder, you might not even have had any stones in your
gallbladder, but the stones that you will flush out are dark green and come
from the liver, in the medical world they are known as intrahepatic stones,
stones that are formed in the liver and get stuck in the bile ducts of the
liver. The flow of bile does not work properly, the metabolism does not
work properly and that results in poor digestion and metabolism. These
stones are not hard calcified stones that people who have gallstones in the
gallbladder have but these stones are soft and are made up of 95% pure
cholesterol and bile salts. Remember that the liver is the human #1
metabolic organ and it cannot work properly when it is clogged with stones.
When I went on a ultrasound the doctor said I have fat-structures in my
liver(fatty liver) and it practically means that the liver is full of
stones, though they are not visible on ultrasound because they are
"fatstones". If fat was visible on ultrasound the doctors would never be
able to look through the fat-layer all humans have on their stomach.
Doctors might also argue that if there were any stones in the bile ducts
then they even if they do not show up on ultrasound or x-ray must cause the
walls of the bile ducts to become unsmooth and lumpy because stones are
stuck there, but these stones are soft and fit perfectly in the bile ducts
like a hand in a glove.
After my 4 cleansings I have lost 40 pounds and my digestion and metabolism
hasn't been this good since I was a child. I really recommend it to
everyone who has not tried it.
On the 26th August, I had an ultrasound and was informed that I have two gallstones, one of them is 1cm in size. I have not experience any pain yet, but I have been advised to flush out the Gallstones in the following way:
1. Eat 4 to 5 apples or drink 4 cups of apple juice a day for 6 days. Eat normally but minimize oil intake. The apple juice is to soften the gallstone.
2.On the sixth day, skip dinner. At 6pm drink a cup of warm water with a teaspoon of Epsom salt. Repeat this drink at 8pm.
3.At 10pm mix 125cc of extra virgin olive oil and 125cc of lemon juice and drink it, and go to bed.
4. On the morning of the 7th day you will frequent the toilet and green colour gallstones will be discharged into the toilet bowl.
I have also read of other ways of gallstone flush.
Can anyone confirm the above will work? Are the green colour stones really gallstones? Would appreciate all advises.

Subject: Re: Gallbladder/Liver flush by colonic
Well, I have to admit that I too have had some pretty sever attacks, four
lead to hospital visits from February to October of 1999. That is the reason
I started learning about how to do the flushes, and have had the great
results that I have had. If you take a look in the Files at the on-line site
you'll notice there are a number of pictures posted of stones that have been
collected and photographed, I've posted one there to, I have one picture
that shows one stone of which is around 17 to 18 mm in size. That's around
3/4 of an inch in diameter. So, will she be able to pass a large stone? That
is up to her body but keep in mind the stretching capacity of the uterus
when giving birth and you'll have a good idea of just how elastic the bile
duct is likely to be too.
It is only obvious to me that a large stone can pass because of having
passed a large stone, several of them for that matter. When I had an MRI in
February of '99' I was told that it was 'A' stone and couldn't ascertain the
exact size of it from either the doctor or the hospital radiologist. So, I
first started with a diet close to void of fat and along with that started
taking herbs and other concoctions to attempt to breakup the stone's size. I
must have been successful because in October when I had a liver attack
because I'd avoided taking in all fats for over a month the ultrasound
showed that I had no stones, that my gallbladder was healthy, as well as my
liver excepting the larger bile duct sizes that showed up...... Gee, I
wonder if having a baby makes things a little larger for awhile too.
The worst thing I did was avoid all fats when the body needs fats to run
properly. I learned that from reading Dr. Cabot's information in her book
"The Liver Cleansing Diet", for which I sent just after the doctor reported
to me that my liver was now in bad shape. Blood tests showed that my enzyme
levels were not good and this was more than likely because I had avoided all
fats. Dr. Cabot's book pointed me to this fact. Fat in the way of Essential
Fatty Acids is necessary for cellular structure and strength.
So, I would from my view say it's quite possible to pass very large stones,
to the chagrin of a surgeon's knife.
To elaborate a little bit more on the subject of no more pain after having flushed for awhile I'll try to explain so that it is repeated one more time for the whole group.
Before my first gallbladder attack, that is the one that sent me to the hospital, I had other more minor attacks. These were just preempting what was to come, they were painful but nothing like the times I went to the hospital. I had my first hospital visit on February 16th, very early in the morning around 03:00. They did an x-ray of my body in the adominal area but found nothing. Three days later I had another attack and this time they did an MRI and found my gallbladder to be thickened and to have "A" stone, as they called it. My follow up with the doctor got me a request to call a particular sugeon within the next two weeks and schedule an appointment to have my gallbladder removed. I never called. My doctor did however provide me a prescription for pain medication to deal with any further attacks even after I had started doing the flushes.
I ended up going the he hospital two more times over the next seven months. The third trip happened because I had fallen off the wagon, so to speak, because I was getting away with eating pretty freely whatever I wanted again thinking I'd gotten rid of my stones completely but I had only done one flush so far. The third trip was on March 22nd of that year. From then on I was being much better about what I ate and when I ate. I would still have attacks and was surprised at some of the attacks because I'd eaten good foods that were not hydrogenated or of saturated animal fats. However, they
did contain foods that stimulated the liver and gallbladder and that was what caused me attacks that would have me taking up to four roxicets to get rid of the pain. I always said if I had to have more I needed to go to the hospital for that type of pain management.
The last trip to the hospital was on October 27th of '99', and the problem wasn't because of having "A" or any stones. I was having liver damage with Hepatitis showing its ugly head. I was, according to an extensive ultrasound, stone free and my liver and gallbladder looked prefectly healthy otherwise, except for the enlarged bile ducts and the report noting AST, ALK, ALT and bilirubin to be off the chart along with Hep C and B showing in the mix. It didn't show the C and B as now active just that it was there previously.
Well, this prompted me to start studing a bit deeper into my new liver problem. That was how I came to be aware of the Liver Doctor Dr, Sandra Cabot and her book "The Liver Cleansing Diet". I read her book and it all came to light what I had done wrong in attempting to rid myself of the gallstones. The worst thing I had done was to resolve not to eat any fat products, what so ever. I literally avoided all foods with any sort of fat.
The problem with avoiding all fats is that the liver needs fat. It needs the fat to produce the cholesterol that is necessary for the liver and body's cellular structure. Talk about feeling like a fool for not taking more time to do more in depth research regarding gallbladder cleansing. I went right out and got all kinds of fats to eat. I mean to tell you I got avacados, flax seed oil, hemp oil, primerose oil. I started eating primrose oil while driving my truck. I would get urges to have gulps of flax seed oil or hemp oil. My body was craving it for months. I don't get those cravings now but I
still keep taking in fats as best as possible and avoid, like poison,
hydrogenated oils and satruated animal fats. Don't get me too wrong here, I have, on occation now, eaten some mighty fine prime rib but I have also avoided eating the juicy fat that comes with it like I use to do. I use to have to avoid eating things containing cole slaw and pecans too because of how strong a stimulant they are for the liver and gallbladder, but now I can eat these without any problem.
Some of the protocal that I used are these;
The standard oil and fruit juice flush using freash squeezed grapefruit juice and the most virgin of olive oils I could buy. I would often premempt my flushes by fasting for twendy four to fourty eight hours or more and drink only fresh sqeezed apple juice for that time period with some other fresh sqeezed juice like my special drink of a twenty four ounce carot juice drink containing 1/4 of a beet, two Celery sticks, one ounce of parsley, and one half of a whole lemon. (must keep it stired to enjoy the lemon at all
levels, - now my mouths watering)
I also would do castor oil packs and have colonics, which would also have ozone insuflated with it after around an hour of being connected. The ozone would be added for approximately one half, to an hour, or the saturation point. (saturation can be noted by an almost burning sensation in the throat, or the skin getting pretty pink, especially the palms) Usually there will be more liver dumps happening after the ozone is turned off and you start working towards clearing out the bowels to be disconnected.
I also used colloidal silver and the zapper, but make my own colloidal silver.
So, I hope this was the information of which you wanted. And I hope
you see there are more ways in which to approch keeping your gallbladder inside you, and not thrown into a trash can. It does however take resolve, lots of it.
I tend to agree with you somewhat on the nature of the soluble stones.
When I did the cleanse both for myself and with clients, what I found was both kinds were there.
In several cases where the people were scheduled for gallbladder surgery and we did the cleanse beforehand, there was no sign of the stones upon ultrasound scan.
One woman, who was 86 at the time (11 years ago), collected the stones (that were rock hard) and put them in a jar, and took them to her physician. She announced that "this doctor from America (I was visiting another country when this happened...) took my stones out". The doctor first thought that she was nuts, but when she showed him the jar, he went white in the face. Then he ordered another ultrasound and found the Gallstones that were there the week before were gone. This woman is still alive and kicking happily and in good health!
I have noticed, for example, that many, many people who undergo gallbaldder removal surgically, become depressed shortly thereafter.
I also have thoughts and "speculations" regarding the energy/spiritual factors behind gallbladder problems, but that's another story..
I have used another flush, which is very simple, very safe, yet very
dramatic, and even old people with various ailments can do it safely.
However, I always like to observe, assist and take care that nothing
strange goes on (My control issues? maybe, or just caution...).
This one involves 5 days of preparation with eliminating all fat from the diet, and it includes Epsom Salts , olive oil and freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. I usually do a kidney cleanse prior to the liver/gallbladder flush, which dramatically improves the body's ability to handle the flush.--
> Question:
>
> Has anyone had an ultrasound before & after a cleanse and had successful results?
>
I had an ultrasound before and after. The ultrasound before didn't show gallstones, but instead showed gallbladder "cysts". I did the gallbladder/liver cleanse which produced many smaller gallstones. I went back for further testing with another ultrasound and it showed an absolutely clean gallbladder. I didn't have to make an appt. to take it out.

Subject: A Healthy Experience
A few months ago, my wife (who is 36 years old) had a serious
gallbladder attack. It was a devestating experience for our entire
family. She was bedridden for days. After many tests and expensive
procedures (costing over $2,000), we were told that she had a problem
with Gallstones and that her gallbladder should be removed. In
retrospect, when I review what happened, I feel that we were "milked"
during the diagnosis. (I feel this way because early in the process, my
wife talked to a friend, who is a medical transcriptionist, and she said
right away that the attack was related to gallstones. But did the
doctors tell us anything before all the costly diagnostic procedures
were done? No, they did not.)
We were given the name of a surgeon; we went to see him. When he came
into the waiting room and saw that I was there with my wife, he didn't
even introduce himself to me. It was as if he was disturbed that he
would have to lie to a healthy person along with a distressed one. He
told us there were only 3 options to consider:
1) Medicine to dissolve the stones
2) Ultrasound to "blast" the stones apart
3) Surgery to remove the gallbladder
During the "consultation" He mixed up his statistics, first telling us
that only 13 percent of the people would have success using medicine to
dissolve the stones. He told us that the medicine was controversial and
not very effective. When we asked for more detail, he replied that it
only works in 1 out of 13 people (I didn't need the high-level
mathematics I learned in college to know that 1 out of 13 is different
than 13 percent!). He was callous to the fact that accurate statistics
are important to people considering surgery to remove organs from the
body. He told us that trying to dissolve the stones would be very
costly; that it would take years, and that it probably would not work.
He then told us about another method that would "explode" the stones
using ultrasound. He said that this method was also controversial and
that although it was approved in Europe, the procedure was not yet
approved here in the US. He said there were serious health risks
associated with this method, and implied that we would have to fly to
europe or something.
He said that most people opted for surgery to remove the gallbladder,
and that surgery was by far the best way to solve the problem. He said
the surgery was routine and that he did many every week. It was simple
and quick. To add insult to injury, he even bragged that he had gotton
so good with the procedure, that he could remove a gallbladder in just
22 minutes.
At the end of the "consultation" I asked him if there were any ways that
she could modify her diet to help the problem. His reply was:
"Eat all the fatty foods you want, if you don't take out the
gallbladder, you will end up in the emergency room soon and it might be
fatal at that point. Do you want to get on the schedule for next
Wednesday? I can do it then."
We were devestated when we left. For me, the meeting was quite
dramatic, as when I was a child 35 years ago, I used to go on house
calls with my Father, who was a physician (along with both of his
brothers). Back then, doctors would go to the house of an ailing person
to help them. To me, this doctor had the bedside manner of a mosquito.
We felt that her life was in danger if we did not do something, yet she
did not want someone to remove something from her body.
We called about 5 hospitals in different towns and found out that a
gallbladder operation costs between $8,000 and $10,000 and takes about
30 to 45 minutes with laproscopy. It is amazing how much these guys
make for so little work, but this explains the lies.
At that point, little did we know that we could spend less than $10 on a
more effective procedure that would leave everything intact (no, this is
not an advertisement!)
When I told the story to my cousin, he told me about a book that had a
lot of good information about healthy living. He said he thought there
was something in the book about gallstones but he wasn't sure what it
was. We got the book and found out about the apple juice procedure. We
both tried it and it worked for me but not my wife. She tried it again
a few weeks later without success. She then tried the gold coin grass
next for 2 weeks, followed by the apple juice procedure again; this time
using a grapefruit and lemon at the end. This time it worked!. She
intends to continue doing the flushes every few months for awhile.
You might think that this real-life horror story was bad for us, but we
now feel very different about it. We feel that although we have dodged
a bullet, actually something very good has happened to us. "Dr. Chop
Chop" (we now affectionately refer to him this way) actually helped us
in an indirect fashion. Until this incident, we did not eat healthy,
and we were overweight. Since the meeting with Dr. Chop Chop, we have
started eating healthy foods and have both lost significant amounts of
weight (myself 30 pounds so far).
So, although this "doctor" first appeared to us as a monster, it turns
out that scary Dr. Chop Chop has actually helped us improve our life!
He uses a method that is quite different than what my Father would have
used, but it works and has ultimately helped us become healthier!

Subject: Many cleanses... and still going on
I´m the ONLY one of 36 cousins who has NOT had her gallbladder
removed. My family fits the "fair, fat and forty" profile. I´ve done
at least 12 cleanses over the past 5 years and I KNOW I´ve prevented
surgery.
For me, I had interesting symptoms... yellowish eyes, shoulder pain,
nausea, and after each cleanse, all have lessened or disappeared.
It took at least 4 cleanses before the really BIG stones came
forward. Since, all the stones that come out are not calcified or
even the slightest hard.
When I am losing weight, and metabolizing my own fat, they are the
black stones. Nothing is going to keep me from cleansing.
My 72 year old mother has had numerous tests and a diagnosis of
collagenous colitis. I´ve begged her, for years to do a cleanse.
Finally out of desperation, years of vomiting after eating and
continuous runs, she did it. You would NOT believe what she passed on
the very first cleanse. On repeated, she kept passing stones.
Immediately she stopped vomited. Her skin improved. She had classic
liver itching.
I am a firm believer that this is something that should be as routine
as brushing our teeth or blowing our nose.

Hi Keri,
If I were you I would not hesitate and do a liver cleanse as soon as
possible (Now!).
Follow the procedure and repeat it every 2 weeks as
needed. I have done 25 cleanses in 1 year and I feel great. The only
trouble I found with the cleanse is the intense nausea I get at about 2:00
in the morning. If you throw up the cleanse is just 1/4 effective.
Look at some stones I got out (updated):

How I Removed My Own Gallstones At Home, Overnight
by Dann McCreary
As you might imagine, there is a bit of a story to this...
Some years ago, my wife Pam had a stomach problem for which she visited a doctor. In the course of treating her problem, the doctor took some ultrasound images and noticed the presence of gallstones.
This was a surprise to us because the gallstones were completely asymptomatic, causing her no pain or trouble of any kind. Because they were not a problem, the doctor recommended no treatment.
Fast-forward several years to about 1990. I had just begun working for a new employer when Pam began to experience some pain from the gallstones. Although she had never had them treated before, the insurance company considered them to be a pre-existing condition because they had merely appeared on the earlier ultrasound image!
We were distressed, wondering what to do; gall bladder surgery at the time was expected to cost us about $15,000 which we could in no way afford. Sounds like God let us down with the timing on that one, right? Wrong! We talked to friends and relatives about this; my Aunt then mentioned the problem to a neighbor; the neighbor gave my Aunt a booklet; my Aunt mailed it to us. The booklet described a home remedy for removing gall stones.
Briefly, the remedy involves going on a fruit-juice fast for several days in order to clear the bowel. On the evening of the treatment day, you lie on the couch and drink a pint of cold-pressed olive oil, divided into eight doses, each dose chased by two tablespoons of fresh-squeezed lemon juice to kill the taste. The eight doses are taken at fifteen minute intervals.
After the last dose, you go to bed, being sure to lie on your right side. (I think that way the olive oil pools at the entrance to your gall bladder duct, and when the oil causes the bladder to contract, some of the oil and lemon juice enter the gall bladder where they can soften and lubricate the stones.) Somewhere in the middle of the night you will wake up with a powerful urge to evacuate, and you will pass the stones. (They just squirt out through the gall bladder duct like so many Watermelon seeds!)
We were of course somewhat skeptical; for due diligence, we went to a seminar in San Diego at which a doctor presented information about another experimental non-surgical protocol which used ultrasonic sound to shatter the stones, allowing the fragments to be passed out of the system through the gall bladder duct. This experimental treatement cost somewhat less; about $5,000 total. I questioned the doctor carefully as to just how flexible the gall bladder duct might be. He indicated that it was very flexible, but that irregularly shaped stones could sometimes become lodged in it causing pain and requiring surgical removal.
Hearing that the gall bladder duct was very flexible, and thinking about the lubricating effect of olive oil, we were encouraged to proceed. However, to be sure that there were no serious negative effects of the treatment, I decided to be a "guinea pig" and take the treatment myself before having Pam try it. What a surprise! The night of the treatment I passed about two cups of chloresterol-based gallstones! I had no idea they were in there! (I still have some in my freezer if you would like to see them).
About a month later, Pam worked up the courage to try the treatment. She also passed many stones, and has had no gall bladder trouble since. Total cost of the treatment? Not $15,000, not $5,000, but less than ten dollars for all the olive oil and lemons. You might want to budget somewhat more to cover the fruit juice; however, because you are fasting, you will save it on food anyway.
We are very thankful to God for bringing this remedy to our attention, and we hope there may be others who may be able to benefit from what we learned.
I've done the cleanse 4 times and gotten a lot of stones out. I was advised
urgent surgery last October, but my pain has gone away and my digestion
keeps getting better ;-).

I guess I'll tell my story :-). I'm 36 years old and have 4 children. I
have been pretty healthy and have lead what I thought was a healthy diet. I
hardly ever ate at fast food restaurants and if I did I would usually order
a salad. I also ate little red meat, but increased it in 98 because of my
4th pregnancy and anemia. Anyway, I drank no sodas, little sugar,
excersised regurlarly, and am not significantly over weight. So, I really
don't know what the culprit was except maybe pregnancy and not enough water.
My mother passed away in July of 98, my 4th child was born in Aug. of 98
and in Oct. I was in a lot of pain. The pain was all over my stomach and
radiated to my back. I come from a family of Dr.'s. My father was a Dr., my
uncle is a Dr., my father in law is a Dr., and my brother in law is a Dr..
I went to the Dr. that my insurance has me on and they said I had to stop
breastfeeding immediately and start taking Prevacid until I went to the
gastrointerologist. Then I went to the gastrointerologist who put me
through a series of blood and urine tests, a sigmodoiscopy and was in
general a very proud man that didn't want to explain anything of what he
thought was going on.
He made it seem as though it was all in my head and
was going to diagnose me with irritable bowel syndrome. He didn't
understand why digestive enzymes would help with my pain (something I
decided to take on my own and he was very upset that I would choose
something other than what he was indicating) Well, I decided to change
Dr.s. The second Dr. did an Endoscopy on me and then a sonogram of the
pancreas and gallbladder. The sonogram revealed numerous stones. The Dr.
said I needed URGENT surgery. I was very scared and contacted my midwife,
who talked me through my feelings and I decided that I should try to get
the stones out naturally and if that didn't work then I could always take
it out, but I couldn't put it back in.
So, ever since then I've been on a no fat diet. My midwife (also
naturepath, chinese med., acupuncturist) told me to take Magnesium every
day, Stone Free from Solaray 6 times a day, Flaxseed oil every day, the
juice of one lemon with warm water in the morning and at night, Super
Digestaway with all meals, Vit. B-12 shots weekly, Organic Apple Juice 2
glasses a day, 6 glasses of water per day, Peppermint Tea, Chamomile Tea.
She also said that I could have some food allergies, so she took me off
bread, milk, eggs, and told me to eat with proper food combining. For food
I've been eating green leafy veggies, mixed veggies, fruits, a little
rice, a little chicken and fish. No cabbage and no beans.
When I have had acute attacks she has given me acupuncture which has given
me some relief, also used castor oil packs and a warm pack, 2 tblsp vinegar
with a little water or stayed on a liquid diet for a while. The hard thing
for me is that I am still breastfeeding, so anything I take I have to be
careful.
I have done the flushes, according to Dr. Hulda Clark , two times. I got
numerous things out. It was disgusting. Green, brown....I had no pain and
recovered pretty fast after them, but my midwife said that I should wait a
while to do another one because my bones and body hurt after the second
flush. She said that it was straining my kidneys. So I am waiting for a
while.
Needless to say some in my family think I'm insane. They don't believe that
the stones that came out are Gallstones and they think that I am hurting my
body by not taking my gallbladder out. My uncle easpecially says that its
impossible to get stones out and why don't I go through the simple
procedure of getting it out.
Anyway that is my loooong story. I am very thankful for this list as I feel
lonely with my gallbladder problems.

Subject: [gallstones] Gallstones Flush
I wanted to share my experience with the "Ultimate Gallstones Cleanse".
On Tuesday morning I drank water and organic apple juice.
After 2pm I stopped drinking.
At 4pm I did 3 enemas and cleaned my bowels.
At. 6pm I drank 1 1/2 cups water with 2tbs. oral Epsom Salts .
I then lay on the bed with my heating pad
and went to the bathroom a few times.
At 8 pm I repeated the above.
At 10pm I drank a mixture of 1/2 cup of pink grapefruits,
1/2 cup lemon juice, 1 cup light olive oil
( I had been scared of drinking 1 whole cup of oil
because previously I just did 1/2 cup)
and lay down with pillows propping me up.
I had no pain. I lay still for 30 min. and then
went to the bathroom two times before 12.
At 2am I went to the bathroom and had lots of flaky stuff.
At 3:30am I went to the bathroom and had lots of
flaky stuff and some pea sized stones.
At 6am I took 1 1/2 cups water with 2 tbs. oral Epsom salts.
I emptied my bowels and had lots of stones,
mostly little ones but 3 or 4 big ones.
I then did 3 enemas each with lots of stones of all sizes,
mostly green but some brown.
I went to the bathroom throughout the morning and had more stones. I lay
down with my heating pad on my liver until 8am.
I felt very thirsty and yucky.
I drank 1/2 a glass of water and lay back down.
At 10 I drank 1/2 a glass of organic apple juice and lay back down.
At 12 I ate some broth with veggies and lay back down at 3:30pm
I had some broth and lay back down.
At 5 pm I felt a little better drank some broth and lay back down.
At 7pm I juiced some carrots, beet, garlic, and ginger.
At 9pm I drank some organic apple juice and was feeling a lot better.
I lay down for the night.
This morning I feel renewed energies.
This is big progress for me.
I did two flushes according to Dr. Hulda Clark in Nov.
I got lots of stones out, but I felt horrible after.
The last flush my na told me not to do any cleanses
for a while because my bones and kidneys hurt so bad.
I have since been very strict with my diet.
No red meat, little chicken, fish, tofu,
and lots of veggies and some fruit and organic apple juice.
I have taken some of the ideas on this list and read
some of the books that have been recommended.
I am thankful for the encouragement here. :-)
The first time I did the
flush, I had to do it several times and I got out literally thousands of stones.
The last ones came out all clumped together about the size of my
fist.
It was absolutely painless. I made sure that I drank apple juice for
two weeks before I ever drank the olive oil. Since then I try to do the
flush every six months only now I don't always drink the apple juice and I
still have no problems. If I would only change my diet I probably wouldn't
have to keep doing it, but I always feel wonderful after I do.

Subject: irregular shaped stones - hard to flush, but....
Well,,, my problem seems to be that these big irregular shaped stones
dont want to come out, they get stuck before the bile duct. Well, I
had a succesfull cleans a couple of days ago, and got a big irregular
out. They are also much harder that the other ones, beggining to get
calcified.
Well, the good news is that my gallbladder is working for the first
time in ... years probobly.
When I eat now i get this ´fluid´ -
´getting hungry´ - ´bowel movement´ sound that I havnt had since I
got sick (ibs - constipation).
Hopefully this was the last ´hard to
flush´ stone. I have had some real problems flushing, but now Im on
the track again. Lets see what the lecithin and flaxseed really can
do now.
