If at all possible would love some opinion and or advice for my situation
I have had kidney pain or irritation for a few years now
It started out with oddly enough ,pain in the testicles
I visited a doctor thinking I may have had a urinary infection,they figured it was that also and promptly gave me antibiotics,this didnt help and I took another dose
it was at this time that my kidneys started to hurt.I obviously panicked and went back to the doctor.They forwarded me onto a specialist who gave me numerous blood tests and then finally the dye they give you and hang you upside down and check the kidneys out
The prognosis was that all looked fine and normal.I met another specialsist and he believed I had what is called spermatocelles which is when a sperm gets caught in the bi-testicle and can causes some pain and irritation
That was good to hear and they have not really bothered me much since,we have since had a child
The kidney pain comes and goes to this day,its never really bad just uncomfortable
I have recently had a full check up and Blood sugar,cholesterol and blood pressure are all very good
I was advised I am in very good shape
As I am very interested in natural health I have done a whole lot of things to look at this I will list them here
I considered this could have been Candiasisis and or leaky gut as I found another women who had similar symptoms and she was diagnosed with it and I sometimes have the food sensitivities also
6 week total detox in India incorporating all of there treatments including Vegetarian diet and yoga
Beck zapper protocol
Following strict diet
kefir
kombucha
Digestive enzymes
Several different Flora formulas
L-Glutamine
Slippery elm and Marshmellow herbs Hulda Clark anti parasite programme
Chi Machine
Green foods (Wheatgrass etc)
Liver flushes Colon Cleanses
Kidney cleanses
Oils
Minerals
And on and on
I have no doubt missed some things.I am still doing a number of the above also including breathing exercises
I also did an intensive series with a kinesiologist and meditate daily coupled with other spiritual growth areas
I have dark circles under my eyes and have had them for years as do my siblings and mother and her mother before her
Other than that I generally feel fine just lethargic at times,though not really that bad
Bowels can be a little irregular but not to bad
My vices are not that many,some sweets sometimes and possible one cup of coffee per day
I usually use Stevia as a sweetener
I must say that the coffee can irritate it and I try to keep it to a minimum as it can also give a little low blood sugar
I rarely drink alcohol but did when younger but pretty much phased it out mid twenties along with the other party things.I am now 40
I guess that is a start
Hope someone may have some insight
I am Australian and live in the north of sweden where its difficult to get to see many alternative therapists hence the self help/diagnosis etc
